The entire staff is wonderful! They keep great communication throughout the day. When I walk in to pick up my son, anyone at the front desk can tell me how my child’s day went. Ms. Yolanda is amazing! She is very caring, reassuring, and she knows the happenings of the center. And to see the teachers love and take care of my baby in my absence warms my heart! I know when I drop off my son each day he is well taken care of and in good hands!

BE AWARED . Security im this place is concerning. I have taken tours in other day cares, and normally they ask for an ID to screen whoever goes in and out of the day care and this place didn’t. The doors were open When I walked in and I had easy access to the kids area when before a staff showed up like a couple min late , i mean anything can happen in seconds .So for me was a no because security in this place is not safe anybody can walk in like nothing or a child can easy walk out of this facility. If you are a parent concerned about the safety this is not a place.UPDATE !! Has you all noticed her response is all lies and make this situation sad and not trust worthy. What a bitter situation for being the first time at this place . Thank God wont be a second time but make sure ur cameras are on with this facility because for sure they lie, take a look to your prior review a grandma was also consern about safety in this place just horrible

My son has been here for about 2 months now and I feel happy dropping him off daily. I am a very cautious Christian parent who observes alot of details and this location have been very patient, considerate and caring when it comes to my child's care. All staff is involved even if it's not their classroom. My son is very busy and not cookie cutter but they still take good care of him, welcome him and respond when I reach out to them. I would recommend

Clean facility, friendly staff, at first glance. I enrolled my son to attend their after school program. Before school began I needed him to attend for two days in their “drop off” which is $50 per Thursday and Friday. Day one was ok. Day two an incident happened with another student, I was called to pick my child up with minimal explanation given. My family and I decided this would not be a good fit for my family. Told staff that day my child would not be returning. School would start on Wednesday. Both days Thursday and Friday they didn’t have internet and didn’t charge. But over the weekend the auto debit came out for the upcoming week of school after I told them he would not be attending and my card would not be charged. Visited the facility Monday morning to again request the auto debit be removed because he wouldn’t be attending. The Director said she would credit my account that week. It has now been two weeks. I call every couple of days, they say the internet is down and my account can’t be credited until it’s back up. Called spoke to The Director today two weeks later, she assured me my account would be credited. Said she needed the 3 digit code, gave it to her. I’m not even sure she credited the correct amount. Checked my account this morning, the credit was removed. I will be calling again Monday morning. Accounting and customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about this center. Both of my kids started in the infant room and have grown up with the same faces around them. My daughter is now going to Kindergarten but I chose for her to stay at Discovery Point instead of the aftercare at her elementary school because I trust that they will care for my kids as if they were their own. With all the uncertainty around us right now, they provide us with a feeling of family and safety. Highly recommend!!

Over the past 10 years, with 2 children, and one with special needs, Discovery point staff has cared for my children as if they were their own. I consider them as family not just a daycare.

Love that I finally found a center I am comfortable leaving my child at. From day 1 I felt like I was welcomed into a family. I can not imagine leaving my child with anyone else.

I love the facility. I used to work for another discovery point a while ago so I am familiar with the way that they are operating things. It is a nice facility; it is a clean facility. It seems like the teachers are pretty patient with my child however the front desk receptionist is so rude to me. She always seems to have some sort of attitude with me. I speak to her in the morning and she never speak back to me. I also speak when I come and pick up my son in the afternoons and it’s still the same attitude. She talks to me as if I have disrespected her at some point. She always has this “okay and so what” attitude whenever I talk to her about anything going on with me or my son. Other than that I would definitely recommend enrolling your child at this location. I like his teachers and the owner.

My son has been going to Discovery Point since he was 2 years old and now he's 4 years. I can’t express how grateful I am with the teachers and staffs. All the teachers and staffs wore their mask, the place is clean and my son always excited to go to there not even look back at me when I dropped him off. I especially love the email they send me at the end of the day when I picked him up,what he did throughout the course of the day. Awesome place!

My son has been in discovery point from 9 weeks to now (preschool) every room has had loving teachers and has been such a great experience. School is always very clean and love the structure the director miss Yolanda has. My son has been attending this facility since he was 14 months old. At now almost 4 years old, I can honestly say we love our center and know that we made the best choice in sending our baby here. We've experienced beginners, toddlers, P1 and P2, and H couldn't be more excited to check out VPK next year. He has grown so much in his social emotional growth, as well as in his intellectual growth because of the staff and loving teachers. There has been some teacher turnover, but Ms. Yolanda takes the time to interview potential teachers thoroughly to ensure the best of the best come in to teach our kids. This center is focused on diversity and has accepted our family with open arms like any other family. Our son will continue in this center until care is no longer needed.
