Unless you want a medication overnight since they are open 24/7, get your prescription sent somewhere else. You will save yourself the burden of mistakes and disorganization happening at that pharmacy.

The CVS pharmacy is very disappointing. They don't answer phone calls, and if they do they put you on hold. They charged my debit card this morning during a prescription pickup, and tried to charge it a second time claiming the transaction did not go through. I was charged and unable to receive my medication because their system froze during the transaction. How inconvenient!!

I usually have great experiences at cvs . Which is why I went in to inquire about a position and the cashier called for her hiring manager. The manager walked right past me while I’m looking at her looking like I could use some assistance and she says nothing. She walked around me went to the front desk to the cashier just for the cashier to point me out and let her know I was trying to ask her a question. Already, I knew she wasn’t the type of manager I would want to work with, but I asked anyway. I understand if you’re not hiring at your location. However, the manager looked me up and down and told me no we’re not hiring with a smile. She didn’t even suggest looking online to see what other CVS may be hiring. It was just rude in my opinion. People just want good customer service every time and she failed at that.

Horrible experience, constantly having medication issues with them and I requested all my meds be transferred to Walgreens and they didn't transfer them all, I keep having to call about meds that they didn't transfer and now they have a new system that you can't get through to the pharmacy, you have to leave a msg, so frustrated!!!

This cvs states that they are open 24 hour and so is the pharmacy, however; they are so unorganized and prescriptions are never ready. I even had prescription that was sent from the hospital and tried to call to see if they were ready because I know that they are never ready or will be asked to wait and could not reach a live person but to only leave a voice message. CVS NEEDS TO DO BETTER especially when it come to medication that people depend on to stay out of the hospital.

I want to share this review with all the customers and employees at CVS on Gibsonton RD Riverview Fl On April 24,2024, I was at the CVs store & I had an incident! The pharmacist on duty was Damon Hopper.
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your your exceptional assistance during the medical emergency 2 months ago.
Your calm demeanor and reassurance were incredibly comforting during such a stressful time. Your dedication to your profession is evident,and I feel fortunate to have had you there when I needed help the most. thank you for going above and beyond in your role as a pharmacist!

I just want to be able to pick my prescriptions up when they text me and tell me they are ready instead on multiple occasions I show up and they tell me it's not ready and I have to wait 2 hours. I show them the text message saying it's ready they just shrug and say see you in 2 hours.

The employees in the pharmacy are very rude. I only said hi to asked my questions and you can see their attitude and the way that they answer is very rude. They don't even let you finish the statement
Update:
I came again today 4/22/24 and the employees still are rude. I can't ask them anything because they have the worse attitude.
