Had a membership and explained to a rep that I needed to cancel over the phone as I live in NY and don’t need the membership any longer. He told me you need to come in which I replied , not possible as that would require I book a flight form NY for the sole purpose of cancelling a $40 membership. Get a call 3 months later threatening collections for $191 of i do not pay. Explained the situation thoroughly and asked for options and employee Jake’s responds with “Typically you can pay the full balance or we have a forgiveness program where you can pay 50% of what’s owed then re-activate your membership” it’s a shame people choose to run a business this way. Trying to scam people after massive storms and huge losses is repulsive.

How do you charge someone an annual fee of $54 twice in 11 months? Annual means once a year. I canceled over a month ago and they charged me $18 to cancel. 30 days later and they took another $54 out of my account after telling me I wouldn't have to pay anything else. There's a reason they're a 3.9. Go somewhere else

The music here is obnoxiously loud and awful. It’s so bad I can’t even hear my own music with headphones. Definitely ruins the workout experience.

Way too packed and machines are always broken for extended periods. Do not workout here unless you want to complete a 45 minute workout in 2 hours.

The staff is Atrocious. The whole membership cancellation process is ridiculous. They charge you again after you want to cancel your membership. I recommend to anyone to not go here and not fall for their schemes.

There's no nice way to put this but this franchise is kind of ghetto. Some of the group fitness coaches lack social grace. Some will scold or mock. One actually called Riverview residents "snotty"!! HOPING they hire better ppl for the new Apollo Beach location. Please keep it classy

They got me on sale. FmFree month was only 3 days and I got charged. And they gonna charge me membership month before I can cancel it. In November. This people know how to get you. Don't buy any promos on line. It is corporate BS and you will be screwed.

This is one of the best gyms, its staff is always attentive to one's needs, and what I like the most are the group classes, they are so popular that they fill up in seconds like HIIT, B-30, Top It Off, etc. Here I have made a nice family with my classmates ,instructors and with all the members of the stuff, thanks for these years of service Crunch ♥️

I really enjoyed my experience working out here but I told the desk employee I wasn't comfortable giving my ID just to work out. She insisted they had an ID case where they hold the ID's and it would be fine. I worked out for about an hour and when I returned to the front desk they couldn't find my ID. The manager in duty promised he would make it right whatever it took so I left. They called about an hour later and said they had found it and that they had given it to the wrong person on accident. They said because I live in another city they would mail it to the address on my license. I waited for 3 weeks and called every 3 days to see if they had sent it. They ensured it was mailed and would arrive soon. I never received it and called Tom the manager. He said that he would contact corporate and figure out how to reimburse me for the ID if it didn't arrive in the next few days. Today I called and Lauren on the phone was very nice. She told me she would get Tom on the phone. Shortly after she said that Tom wouldn't take my phone call because he has already mailed the ID and they couldn't do anything else. I'm disappointed that Tom did not have the courage to speak to me on the phone nor the ethics to replace my ID as he had agreed to do. It's sad that such a great facility would be dragged down by such a subpar manager and I'm sure corporate won't be excited to hear about it when I file the Better Business Bureau complaint.

Horrible company signed up for on special was told I could cancel for 3 months although I advised had cancer and left the state. After the 3 months I sent cancellation letter as advised and it’s 3 months later and I’m still being charged and harassed because I closed my bank account. I’m now being told they will cancel if I pay my balance. Crazy because when I was paying and had no balance I was given the run around to cancel. In 7 months I was in the gym once and it was fir a tour and even though I’ve done everything they said do other going to my gym to cancel ( which fir health reasons I can’t) I will never do business with this company again.

Don’t let them get a hold of your credit card. I requested to cancel with my personal trainer multiple times and she quit and I got transferred to another trainer. With all of that going on, they messed up and got charged $500. I have been with this gym for years but sadly this just really bad business practices sadly. I won’t trust them having my credit card info.
