Came in to add a line to our existing plan for our underaged son. Lauren and Angel were the best. Took their time and found the right phone and price for our needs. Lauren took the time to set his phone up and google account with restrictions that I had no idea could be done. Amazing team and customer service. 100% satisfied customer

The service at this store was excellent. Adriana the store manager was superb. She was patient, attentive, and gave very valuable information. I bought the phone and assured her I'd be recommending the store to my friends and relatives. BTW I love my phone a Moto G stylus 5G.

Been with cricket for a while and I just recently had a problem with my hot spot and went to this store and went in and the guy that was working had no problem helping me and went out to my car and made some adjustments and my hot spot started working and my radio was working again so thanks for helping me out

Very bad experience. Ive been with Cricket over 10 years. I walked in about a month ago wanting to port a number to an open line on my account. This girl beginning with Y kept looking at me like I was speaking some space language. My wife was with me and also witnessed this horrible experience. She kept asking what I was trying to do, and after the bad looks and constant failure to address what I came in to do I asked her if she was ok. I really thought she was nervous or something was going on there. She told me that I was speaking to her like I knew her. Not sure what that meant, but all I could sum this up to is she didnt want to help me in anyway and was bothered by my presence or she did not know her job. I called customer service and they were able to help me with no issues. Horrible and worst experience ever.

Worst Customer Service Ever! I have been a long time Cricket customer and never experienced such a rude and snotty person. Her initials are G.S.. She was not helpful at all! She would not even walk me through setting up my new phone. She told me I had to buy insurance and call Cricket to have them set it up! WHAT? How am I going to call anyone with a non set up new phone?! I asked her to please have patience with older people...she snottily said, you have patience! I walked out but not even 2 mins. later, I decided that I did not want to buy a phone from this rude person who didn't help me at all...so, I returned it, 2 mins. later. She charged me over $50 restocking and fees! I was just so disgusted with it all, I left with $50 less than I walked in with. To make matters worse, I went to another Cricket in Sun City and they told me the phone was actually $11 less....she snuck in an insurance fee trying to rip me off more. BEWARE! NEVER again...will I go to that Cricket store! They are only an authorized dealer anyway. They are not a corporate store!
