Sam was awesome! After dealing with a very disgruntled customer he handled it with professionalism and courtesy! He saved the day for me when it came to my phone options! Truly put me in a better situation and happy to say he is a life saver!

Magdiel R was my sales person he's very helpful and knowledgeable but I didn't like you have no way to get a hold of a salesperson if you have a problem with your phone you have to call them 1-800 support line and you can't never understand the person on the other end broken English and when it's all said and done you have to go to one of the Cricket stores anyway so please start passing out some cards and make it a practice that you can call your sales person or tech
