Prejudice old lady was very unwelcoming and rude as we proceeded to hand her ID she threw back the card and said she couldn't use it because it wasn't an ID when in fact it was and every other location has accepted it ...not even expired for her to treat people like this ... I will be bringing this up to headquarters

Bad customer service, the music is really not for a public business, or for the kids to enter this store, a lot of bad words!!!
