Waited over 30 min in Drive Thru to make a deposit. I have been at the window for over 5 min and NOBODY has even greeted me.

Make sure you don't go to this bank they will lie to you flat out to your face make you sit away in a waiting room get a card put your money on the card and then they'll have their whole system go down to where nothing works I also have another debit card where someone stole $300 or $400 from me and they told me they would give it back and never did and then lied about it when I called a couple months later and said that I never got it this is the absolute worst bank I've ever been to please do not go to this bank if you are trying to get any money just spend the same exact amount of money on Suncoast or something like the PNC bank right around the corner don't waste your money here

Please teach your tellers how to not be rude, thought it was just me but wife said they were rude to her as well.I so miss sunshine state.

We had a closing in February at this particular location and the customer service was horrible. I had the VP from another location who was absolutely amazing come with us to close our loan. They did not even give him an office for privacy for the closing. Today, we had an appointment to sign some more paperwork sent by the same VP of another location. I understand the pandemic and security measures, however we were told we had an appointment at 2:30pm in the lobby to sign the paperwork. We arrive there is a sign on the door saying the lobby is open by appointment only. They motion us to come through the teller. I expected they would know we would be coming because of prior communication. No one came to the door so I decided to drive through to let them know. I get there and I told them we have an appointment at 2:30 they immediately find the paperwork and slip the paperwork through the drive through. I was silent due to the terrible customer service offered. The lady asked me was I ok. I decided to remain silent because what I was going to say was not very nice. i simply asked her to send over the paperwork. I give people the benefit of the doubt but this location's customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Needless to say we will be closing this account within the next 3 months!!!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This review is of the CenterState Bank on N.Wheeler St. in Plant City. UNBELIEVABLY HORRIBLE!!!! I went to do banking for a business I do work for - they were charging me for a bank check which I have never been charged for before. Having no cash on me I had to go outside - walk to the other side of the bank to use my personal debit card in their ATM. A pain???? yes but...it gets worse. Their ATM took my card. OK - back into the bank I was told that there must have been something wrong with my card for their ATM to take it. Then I was told that there was nothing they could do without "letterhead" stated over and over and over again by the most USELESS general manager. This all took 45 minutes. I left the bank - called my personal bank and they stated that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my card and they cannot send anything on "letterhead" to CenterState - that my card would simply be canceled and they would issue me a new one. This whole process took approximately 3 hours and I missed two major appointments I had scheduled. I will NEVER recommend CenterState and will only have the most negative feedback to give everyone when the topic of banks comes up.

They bounce everything, technology at this bank is 1980 and Tina at this location is extremely rude. I'll never have another account with this bank.
