Working with Caliber Home Loans was great! I highly recommend those looking for a quick and seamless approval process. Especially for first time home buyers! As a solo first time home buyer, my approval process was fairly easy. Patricia Steele was my loan officer and if I could give her 100 stars I would! She was professional, responsive and kind which made my home buying experience a pleasant one.

Utterly, THE WORST mortgage company I have ever dealt with. After 8 mortgages in 30 years, I can say that I've never experienced a less capable, less professional, less helpful company in all my life. The customer service staff (once you fight your way through the lengthy phone prompts), are disinterested and make promises over the phone to resolve problems just to get you off the phone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like your financial future depends on it. - As a side-bar, I'm fascinated by all these 5-star reviews, I call BS.

Sybil was AMAZING! She was professional, highly organized and very responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with her. From the moment I contacted her, the process from start to finish was very smooth. She is efficient and makes the mortgage process easier than any other lender we have ever worked with. Mr. Todd and Mrs. Pat at Caliber Home Loans were extremely helpful during our whole homebuying process. We had a few bumps in the road and they went well out of their way to make sure that we were taken care of. Any questions we had they took the time to answer it even if that meant talking to us after hours because it worked better for our schedule. We are very appreciative of their help and allowing a smooth transition to purchasing our new home.

I highly recommend Caliber Home Loans. I worked with Sybil and her team. This team is very reliable and helpful, they make the paperwork process effortless. Most of all, they were there with me during each steps of the process. Natalie Zinno and her team were by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable mortgage companies I have ever worked with. All of our questions were answered in a timely manner. They were easy to correspond with. I would highly recommend this company.
