I was looking for a specific bike for my daughter and they had it. I live far away so I called them and they agreed to set it aside for when I could pick it up. A few days later when I came to get it the bike was set aside and ready for me! They were supper friendly, professional and had me in and out in no time! They explained about the warranty, maintenance, features on the bike and trade in service! Truly a pleasure! Will be back even though its 1.2 hours away.

Lovely people they are so kind and let you try out the Bikes in the parking lot to see if you like them. They listened to the type of bike you are listening for and give good advice. If you buy things like a drink holder, a bell and a cell phone carrier , they will fix it all to your bike for you. If you have any issues , you can go to them free of charge to fix it. If your bike gets damaged and needs repair, they can do that and shop for you within a timely manner.

I bought my Trek Dual Sport 2 at Brandon Bikeworks and I return here for service and accessories too. It's a great bike for me as most of my riding is on paved trails. They have expert knowledge on bikes and they prove it to me every time I go there. LOVE this place.

This is the best bike shop with the kindest people . The manager gave me advice on best way to get my special needs kid riding a bike... I'm so beyond grateful and my kid is going to get to experience the joy of riding a bike! Above and beyond on customer service. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend this place enough. The staff is very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained details of the needed repairs on my bike. No pressure atmosphere, and people that truly love what they do and it shows.

Had a flat front tire so I called them at 10 when they opened. They said to bring it in and I could wait on it. The lady who checked us in was very nice and even helped me to pick out a new front light. My tire was replaced by Geoff very quickly and was reasonably priced.

They are so nice and helpful. I bought my son a new Precaliber 20 and ended up getting my wife a Townie 7d. I had a minor issue with the townie and brought it back the next day and they took care of it right away. I’m pretty sure the sales lady’s name was Nikki, she was fantastic. I know where I’ll be going for all my bicycle needs.
