Rubber stamp John Bakas' Review. Great service. All pleasant welcoming and there to meet your needs. I have an account that's 50 years old with the "biggest" bank and they treat me like steerage. Had a fair amount of money on deposit with them and I moved most of it over to some of the products Ozark. Props to Bader, a very thoughtful man who took great time and care to make sure everything was handled correctly and understandably.

Bank OZK is the best bank I have ever had. At 75 years old I have had bank accounts in several different banks since the 1960s in several cities in Florida. None of the other banks come close to Bank OZK in terms of customer service and availability.Today I banked at Bank OZK's Riverview, Florida branch. Meaghan, a teller there, was professional and has a super attitude. I had an unusual request and she knew exactly what to do. Many thanks to her.I have a business and a personal account at Bank OZK.I never have to wait in a long line at the Riverview, Florida branch or at the Bank OZK branch 6100 4th St N, St. Petersburg, FL 33703 -- the two branches I go to.

If I could give a zero I would. The bank/branch manager is rude and unhelpful. They give you the run around and don't actually fix any issues. This has been a problem for 3 weeks!!

I had the displeasure of banking with OZK for approximately three years. To be clear, this review is not a reflection on this particular branch...it is intended to warn potential customers, particularly commercial clients, of the bureaucracy and nightmare that you will encounter as an OZK account holder. Don't walk, RUN to an alternative commercial banker!Issues arose immediately upon opening my account; I was unable to use the mobile banking app for deposits as it was necessary for me to be in "relationship" with the bank for at least 3 mos before being approved to make mobile deposits in excess of $1,500.00, which made it necessary to travel to the bank to make the deposits personally. Once I became qualified to make deposits of this level, I had to wait an additional 6 months to get "back office" approval to increase my daily deposit limit for a COMMERCIAL/ENTERPRISE account! In the meantime, follow up calls and visits were fielded by three different branch managers, each of whom would be gone upon my next visit or call, as turnover is a systemic problem at OZK. I believe this branch is on its 5th manager since I opened my account three years ago.Additionally, the OZK online banking platform/administrator appears totally disconnected from the branches. Earlier this year I noted a change on the transfer page eliminating the memo field for transfers from IOTA trust accounts. This is a concern because all attorneys must certify trust compliance and identify the client for whom the transfer is made. I was told to email "back office" and inform them. I did so on two separate occasions, and followed up via phone calls at least three times (to both the branch manager and online banking customer service) advising that in order to be IOTA compliant, all attorneys NEED that field. I was told I could request to have that added if I got the account qualified to do so. This would only require that I provide some basic information. I took the time to submit the information and request, only to be told that qualifying would not resolve the problem, and that "unfortunately there are not plans to retore the memo feature for internal transfers". Bottom line...if you hold IOTA accounts at OZK, you cannot be Trust compliant unless you write checks. In addition to communication disconnect and being provided inaccurate/conflicting information repeatedly by online vs. branch agents, the online banking portal is not at all user friendly. I spent no less than one hour WEEKLY calling customer service to unlock my account and/or get it reconnected with QB. When I finally resolved to move my accounts to another bank, I was cautioned by a customer service representative to terminate the online bill pay service even though I'd cancelled all pending payments. I spent 45 min on the line with her and a second agent doing just that only to have several canceled items paid anyway! This resulted in my account becoming overdrawn before I could visit the branch to close it. Upon calling online banking to inquire and request that the fees be waived, they acknowledged that my profile shows that the request was made, nevertheless, they can only waive one fee. So in spite of the fact that I've NEVER been overdrawn in the history of my account there, I'm having to pay overdraft fees because of a breakdown in OZK's systems. If you have the expectation of working with predictable, reliable systems in your commercial banking experience, and expect to be given accurate information from those who established and operate those systems, you will be sorely disappointed with Bank OZK.

Please make it a priority to get the outside ATM to have a deposit function. The drive up deposit function on the building isn't sufficient especially if the bank is closed Saturday and Sunday and customers may need to deposit but withdraw and not wait until the next business day for the bank tellers to deposit. Worse if there is a holiday.
