Avoid Bank of America. They’ve become so big they can’t handle the needs of their customers.
Initiated an online wire and 2 hours later, it still had not been sent. Went into branch and lady told me it’s in the Fed system. No, if the money has not been taken out of my account, the wire has not even been sent.
Withdrew my funds and went to Wells Fargo instead. Cheaper wire fee and wire was sent within 30 minutes of submission.

Yesterday I went to the Big Bend/301 location for account statement copies. This may seem like a standard request, however, as the accounts are now closed, I was informed that online access cannot be granted per bank policy. Thankfully, I was being assisted by Michael. After confirming my personal details, he went above and beyond to explain the process and assist. Unfortunately, (through no fault of his) he was unable to provide me with all of the requested statements as they dated beyond the seven year threshold. Michael was more than gracious by ensuring he provided me with statements within 7 years of age. And assured me I could come back if I needed anything else.
Meanwhile, he noticed I was with my young niece and shared with me a variety of information/accounts that could be beneficial to her future financial literacy. Throughout the experience, he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the best of a situation beyond his control. This was by far, my best interaction with any Bank of America branch, thanks wholly to Michael.

There are some scammers working here. I went to the teller to deposit $100. I handed them a $100 bill and they made a joke along the lines of “ Want to share this with me?”. I awkwardly laughed it off, said no, and they proceeded to process the transaction. They handed me a deposit slip receipt and as Im walking away from the counter it said “Deposit for $75” on it . I immediately turned around and asked them why the deposit slip says “$75” when I gave them $100 bill. They apologized for the error, fixed it and told me to have a nice day. I don't believe it was a “mistake”, I believe it was done on purpose with hopes that I wouldn't notice. I wouldn't trust this place or the people in it.

So my Father in Law was being scammed by an out of country fake woman. They were trying to get him to wire 5,000 dollars to them. My father in law, unknown to me at the time, attempted multiple times to do so, but the fantastic staff at this Bank were vigilant and immediately suspected the scam and attempted to educate him about it while refusing to do the wire. Although we are still dealing with this situation, I am very grateful for the competence of the staff and their excellent support through it!

Awful customer service. I made a mistake opening an account with BOA.
Operating hours are very limited and the staff is not helpful or friendly.

Very poor service and people who are working there doesn’t even know how to help/satisfy customer.I visited the bank for notary service and they straigtaway don’t even care ask my situation simply they say we are appointment only, this never happened to me in bankof america store I always walkin, if that is the case they should have mentioned its appointment only service. If those guys are too lazy to work and take salary crazy people

If I could give EVERY bank of America ZERO stars I would. This bank is absolutely deplorable. Customer service is NONEXISTENT and they have absolutely asinine and truly UnAmerican policies!Don't answer phone callsNo drive up teller serviceMaking appointments without being able to get someone on the phone is hell.They won't accept cash deposits even with proper ID unless you also have an account with them, but will accept checks! Cash is legal tender, if you accept a check then what is yhe issue with accepting cash in the same fashion?! I know the answer has to do with policies which are frankly communist!PUT YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE!

I went to the bank to get quarters, and I waited for 35 minutes for service. The manager came out and told me that I have to wait another half hour. When I asked why, she was condescending and rude, telling me that I just have to wait. I only go to this bank location for convenience, but the service is awful and the manager is even worse, just horrible. This location is very bad but the one in Gibsonton is great, however it is inconvenient for me to get there, so I'm just thinking to close my accounts.
