Always a good experience at this location. Sometimes they can be pretty busy, but you can make an appointment online and they are very timely and attentive. Melanie has been particularly helpful, but everyone I’ve worked with has been great.

They opened a business line and retail customers are waiting for a long time. Because retail customers' time is worthless, they themselves are worthless. terrible service. a terrible manager

They won't cash a check even though I'm a customer because I can't cover the check with my account. How about you use the $12 fee that's been taken out of my account every month for the last 20 years to cover it. Unbelievable. If I had the money in my account, I wouldn't need to cash the check immediately. I guess I'll buy food when Bank of America decides I'm allowed to have my money

Went in to have paperwork notarized for my child’s field trip and Melanie, the notary, was absolutely wonderful! I usually go somewhere else and the process is grueling but she was great. (I’ve been a BOA customer for 15 years and it’s always a pleasant experience.)

I was told by all the employees that they couldn’t cash my 401k check because it was from California. So now I had to pay money elsewhere to have my check cashed and all they had to do was call the bank to verify the check was valid. But no that was too hard for them and now I lost money. Will not be doing business with BOA anymore after this experience.

I went in to open a checking account and Hugo Valbuena was great! He was quick sufficient and answered all my questions. He even went above and beyond to assist me with all the app functions. Great customer service! 5 stars!

I was instructed to go to a Bank of America location to fax paperwork ("they have the fax number"). I was greeted by a staff member, they asked me for the fax number. I didn't have it of course. Then I was told to wait 30 minutes so I can sit down with someone so they can fax my paperwork. Like, what??I was CLEARLY bothering the Bank of America staff member.
