I made battery purchase online, and when picking it up JJ spot it was the wrong battery. He immediately made the exchange and assisted installing it. Took really good care during the process and explained the warranty.

Asked if I bought an AIR FILTER would they put it in for me and was told no. Said there was too much liability involved. Employee was working on someone else's battery in the parking lot which seems alot more risky.
Went to Mavis. They got the filter, went to the parking lot, popped up my hood and put it in while I watched how simple it was. Took one minute. Extremely easy.

I arrived at the establishment at 8: 50pm and noticed two associates outside helping a customer. It seemed they were helping them with windshield wipers or something on their car. The sign clearly says they're closing at 9:00pm, as does the website online. It was 8:50pm when I arrived. I proceeded to see one of the associates go inside and lock the door around 8:52pm and he's using a mop or something to start cleaning. This is unacceptable. Meanwhile the other associate brought the customers he was helping inside and was helping them with whatever they needed. He then finishes up helping them then he takes him back outside to do whatever he needed to do with them for their vehicle and the other associate locked the door as the associate and the other two guests left. Once the associate who came outside finished helping then he had to knock on the door for the other associate to let him back in. Meanwhile, all this is occurring prior to 9:00 p.m. What if there is an emergency that someone needs and due to the employees looking to leave the establishment promptly, they closed the business earlier than posted. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed ASAP.

Was there 6/21/24…Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Lady that works there (forgot her name) really knows her stuff, said that she has been working around cars for a ling time. Helped me with head lamps, showed importance of changing engine filter & cabin filter. Great Lady!
