When I first started I was extremely nervous but once I started I’ve been shown that I can do more than I thought I was capable of! The environment is clean and very welcoming. Henry comes up a specialized plan that meets you where you are. He motivates you and encourages you to be great! That’s what a trainer is supposed to do. I am so happy that I found an amazing trainer to help me achieve my fitness goals!
