“I am totally impressed with the quality of service from Hancock Tire & Auto. As someone who has exclusively used make specific dealership service departments, they have gained a customer for life! They provided top notch, high quality, personalized service. I didn't have to deal with hold music or other hassles. The employees are fabulous! Waiting area is clean and comfortable. “I’ve been to this location twice to get an oil change. I’m a young woman, still in college. I was scared to go alone for the first time ever, but CBA has helped reduce my anxiety. It’s very reassuring to see many other women customers at this location - says something about the business! ?
I’ve never been treated unprofessionally by the staff. Not on phone, or in person. Waiting room is nice, and they clearly make efforts with hospitality to gain loyal costumers. (Shuttle, refreshments)
Although I think the price was a little expensive, they do have discounts you can find and use. Overall, their customer service makes getting oil change here worth it. (I don’t speak for other services they offer). Thank you and please don’t change!”

“Jonathan and Vince at Mavis on 301 in Riverview Florida will get you right! Bought 4 new tires from Tire Kingdom and back tire needed new valve stem. Couldn’t make it to Tire Kingdom to get repaired so headed to Mavis the parent company. Originally was told by one employee they couldn’t fix it ir allow me to use jack or gun. So i began to change tire myself. Vince came from moving a car and seen me struggling and asked what I needed and why didn’t someone come to assist me. He was heated him and manager Jonathan took care of me and I didn’t have to change tire nor drive to Tire Kingdom for repair! Customer service from Vince and Jonathan was superb! I will be back to do business with them in the future. No doubt!!”

I met the two brothers and momma of course. And the grandson. He was still in high school ?. Wow how time Flys. “Went in for an oil change. Unusual tire wear was found and brought to my attention. Solutions ( tire brands, pricing and the need for four wheel alignment.) The work was done and was able to retrieve the vehicle in a timely manner.”

“Edit: Three years later and they are still the best car place around! Most of the mechanics are still there which I think says a lot. Joe is my guy! But I’ve never been steered wrong by any of the mechanics there. I trust them and having a trustworthy mechanic is literally invaluable!!!That was just the best oil change experience of my life! I didn’t have to get my baby out of the car, they were fast, professional, to the point. Put air in my tires and washed my window. I’m so impressed! I will be back!”
