Thank y'all for always being professional and amazing. But, I have to give this amazing woman, Makeda, a shot out. Not only did she handle a small rush on her own, she was very pleasant and welcoming with a smile and prompt service. She's a superstar for sure! GOD bless you! ?✝️?

Branch 71 has the best employee Ive have every been helped an respected by she was really nice to me an the only one out of two branches that helped me an didn't give me a hard time with my business thank you so much Makeda hope I spelt that right but you were amazing thank you

Omg Heather.. all I can say is bless her!!! We're in the middle of a move to our house. 1st home not rented! WOW! BUT ITS STRESSFUL!!! and she gave me an amazing tip to save money on boxes! thank God for her tonight. WE have been STREESED! and tonight we sleep easy. ???
