By far the worst gas station I’ve been to. First of all I’ve been to that gas station multiple times and have purchased alcohol. Now they’re saying they can’t sell me alcohol because my id is expired. Which I get. They have the right to deny me service. At least be consistent. Don’t sell me alcohol multiple times and make it seem like it’s okay then back track. Like I was just there two days ago and you sold me alcohol. Maybe I should call their franchise owner and let him know how their employees are picking and choosing who to sell to. Either way they just lost a loyal 7/11 customer of 20+ years.

Attempted to buy multiple different sets of drinks on sale buy one get one or two for $5. The manager lady said I either had to pay whatever the computer wanted to charge or go shopping somewhere else so that's what I did. I guess I'm not a 7-Eleven guy anymore

Solid as far as 7-Elevens are concerned. Staff was surprisingly friendly and they were fully stocked with anything I needed or could have wanted with respect to convenience store items.

You can't offer convenience and when I go to put money on my cash app they can't do it because they have no manager on duty. Either make provisions or start wasting people time.

This is kind of a nasty little store. Period. I only stop here because I work next door and get off work after everything else is closed.There is one great guy that works nights... Older gentleman with a santa type beard... He's awesome and HE is a reason to stop in.

Came here tonight after work as I do from time to time. The line was pretty lengthy already due to a new cashier red Afro with braided red bread.I finally get to the counter mind you there is about 4-5 more people behind me. I let the gentleman know what I wanted he then walks back to the counter and screams at me "well damn I'm sorry ma'am!" I was a bit startled and confused because I never spoke to the gentleman once he came back to the counter. I informed him I didn't say anything he just looked at me and continued to scant the item never apologizing or anything I'm not sure if he heard something or maybe on something but probably won't be back to this location until they get better staff

Clearly dont know how to do their jobs cant even do orders right.. ordered a pizza and they sent it to me cold!! READY TO BAKE AND HOT ITEMS SHOULD BE COOKED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!!

Recently visited the 7-Eleven while the general manager and several investors were at the store. The customer service associate that’s usually there in the evenings a Caucasian female with glasses and a ponytail was at the counter. However today she was more attentive to eavesdropping on what her general manager and the investors were talking about rather than being attentive at her job. I went in to get two energy drinks and $10 worth of gas. The transaction was decline because of $.50 cents.(I said no problem I’ll come back I exit the store check my account and it’s empty that’s was the only money I had until my deposit hits my account)I don’t know what this lady did but it cleared out my bank account now I have to wait 72 hours for $17 thank you I will never be returning to the 7-Eleven location again.To the general managerTeach your employees to be more attentive to their jobs and not to eavesdrop. It could help you out business wise.
