This place is very cool. Rooms are big and nice. Beach access is amazing. The workers are top notch. They are extremely helpful. You should get a room here on your next vacation!!!!

Challenged Travelers with Disabilities may have difficulty climbing Stairs to accomodation. Travelers please be aware that the Facility is on the opposite side of road and not directly on the Beach (these Rooms and Poolside are Closed and under Repairs).
Rooms are on Upper Floor, without a operating Elevator (with an unknown Available Date) as the time of this Review.
There is complimentary Coffee at the Front Desk.
Closest Grocery Store is near Seminole. Delivery Services are restricted according to GM/MOD.
Rooms: Room Rate is highly priced.
Safety: Gate to Poolside and Poolside Rooms are locked with Caution Signage due to ongoing Renovations.

This is my new favorite place on the beach! We had a beach front first floor room which gave us two cushioned chairs, and 3 lounge chairs for our private use outside. Also immediate access to the beach. It’s an older hotel and the rooms are small but clean and bright. The AC kept the room super cold, the water pressure was great, and the bed was comfy! The grounds were nicely maintained, as was the pool. They provide grills which we didn’t use but will next time. The staff were all super friendly.

This is my kind of hotel. It's a small renovated mom and pop type. The rooms are so well done. They have a small table, a tiny kitchen area, a closet, and an adorable tiny bathroom. I especially loved the stones in the shower. The garden surrounding the pool was lush. The office staff was very friendly.
Safety: I felt very safe. The entrance is gated with a card entry

This is our go to place on the beach!!
Rooms are comfortable and atmosphere is very chill and quiet, which we love! Views are great and beach just steps away. Staff is always very helpful.
This is not Sheperd's, so if you are looking for a high energy party place this is not it.
Family resort, low key, beautiful, and relaxing!!

We loved our stay and will return. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beach and pool are beautiful. I can't say enough nice things, we had a wonderful time! I read the negative reviews before we booked our trip, but that wasn't our experience. I highly recommend this hotel!
Rooms: Well stocked with plush towels. Comfortable beds with extra pillows.
Safety: Gated entry
Walkability: Just steps to the best beach and pool

I booked this place through hotwire and it was described as being a condo which it should have said mini condo. The room was super small and the bathroom was even smaller. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. I pushed them together to try and make the most of it but it didn't help. The best thing about this place was it was right on the beach. It was clean and staff was nice that's why I gave 3 stars. Another issue was the shutters they don't block the sun fully so mornings were bright and I prefer a dark room in the morning at least until my eyes adjust. My boyfriend said it looked like a retirement home. I wish I had chosen a different option because this was not my kind of place.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! With the price, I didn't expect a full kitchenette and the rooms were very comfortable. It was RIGHT ON THE BEACH, which was so convenient. We live in Tampa and it was a quick getaway for my husband and I. We will definitely come back for our next getaway!

The room was very clean and updated. The only things it need is another cabinet to hold clothes. They have beach lounge chairs right on the beach and inside the pool area. People at the front deck are very nice, They helped my husband who can't walk good to the room and brought the luggage rack too while i was parking the car. I would definitely would stay there again.

room was very small but clean. ONly 2 towels which is a pet peeve. THis was a ladies trip and it should be 2 towels per person or a min of 4 towels. Very large threshold that prevented the wheelchair from going into the room. fridge took forever to cool down.

Safety: parking lot was so small dangerous
Walkability: don't eat at coconut charlies it was terrible

I like these rooms very cozy! And you can walk to the beach fro here. Sunset is so beautiful 😍.
Rooms: The rooms were clean and just right for two people.
Walkability: You can either enjoy the pool or walk on the beach! Beautiful nite to watch the stars.

Excellent getaway on the beach Secure. Plenty of beach furniture. Beds were very comfortable and very delightful. This is a No Smoking property so you have to step outside the parking lot to light up.
Beware of the cancelation policy it's pretty rough. Few others have posted some reviews about that
