We have stayed here at least once a year but have done up to three weeks between spring and summer. This is a great location if you want a quiet space with great beach access just a few steps out the front door. All the units have everything you need for a long term stay, the beds are large, very pet friendly and the view is great. Helena is easy to work with and easy to contact. If you want to plan a longer stay at the beach I would highly recommend here.

This place has a million dollar view for a very affordable price. The condo is clean and the owners a very accommodating. I recommend this place to guests when they come in town. It's on a very quiet but convenient part of the beach. You won't be disappointed.

We just checked out today after a week in paradise. The cottage was cute and so very clean. So close to the beach, I walked the short distance at least twice each day. The owners were great to work with. I would give more stars if I could. We hope to stay for 2 weeks next time as one is just not enough.

Hello Helena, I'm Ariel Rios, I came here with my wife and children in unit 10 B for one week, 10 months ago. I loved the place, my family had a great time. I'm writing to let everyone know, disregard Abilio Gomez's review, he only came for one afternoon with my family. We all had a great time and planning to return this year. Excellent place!!

Didn't know that we needed to count spoons, plates, mugs etc (upon arrival and leaving). Never had that issue with rental agencies before.We left place much cleaner comparing what we found. I wish we didn't, that way I wouldn't worry about deposit. I even had to buy bathroom cleaner, because it looked nasty. Wish I took pics. So for future customers, count everything, take pics and don't bother about the deposit. Please share the photos of the damage, when you already have the 'proof'The only good thing is location.

Never ever a disappointment. We have stayed at 2 properties owned by Florida Shores and they have both been AMAZING. Anytime we plan to visit the area there are no other rentals we even consider. Agter trying several properties over the years, Florida shores are where we will stay.

The place is not clean at all. If you have someone renting something out you should make sure it’s clean enough before you give them the key ;) And fyi i stayed with my sister so don’t try and say there’s no record of me staying here .
