Table cloth and table runners. Very disappointed with the way the runners came out. It seems as though it’s an entirely new fabric. Stains did not come out of the one runner. I’m addition, at drop off there was no mention of the unrealistic price to be charged. I’ve been doing y dry cleaning there for almost 8 years. In all the time, and $$$$ I’ve spent there this is only the 2’nd time with being so upset.Services: Dry cleaning

I have visited this location previously without any issues, but lately it has gone down hill. I'm not sure I will be returning to this location for my future dry cleaning or shirt cleaning/pressing. Reason being, the cloth placemats that I left with them to be cleaned came back worse than when I left them. There were additional moisture-like stains on them (cleaning fluid not completely removed?), along with long human hair strands and grey fuzz balls pressed into the fabric when returned. It was like they were scraped across the shop floor before being put on hangers and packaged for return.Somewhere in the transaction, although not apparent as to when, I supposedly waived my rights to accept the outcome of "spot cleaning" on them to remove red wine stains. This was indicated on the work ticket attached to the completed work. So, as a result, I didn't bother to try to have this corrected because I wouldn't get any resolve. Plus, the woman who works here is not one you want to tangle with - she is rough around the edges, and not friendly at all, so no reason to even try to engage. Grrrr!The price for the service is also way out of line. It costs $10 to do each placemat and then to have them returned with more stains than I left them with was just the nail in the coffin on this place.It is said to "Let the Buyer Beware" -- here is your whisper to beware of this place. There are other dry cleaners in the area, so I will be voting with my wallet on this one.Service: Dry cleaning
