Don’t go by the pics, no fuel on the water. We tried calling but no answer so we took a chance and headed that way but no luck bags over the pumps and no fuel.

This is probably going to sound weird and funny!??☺ However I want to share. I had a wonderful experience at this Ramrod Shell station. Walked in, the whole store looked immaculate! The young lady behind the counter was so friendly, greeted me as I walked in. I asked her for the bathroom please. I came out of there smiling. That bathroom was a delightful experience!! (I told her just that ! ) ☺ It was big, clean, looked clean, smelled clean. It had 3 hand cleaners to choose from. I chose the foaming soap, then a salt scrub. The hand dryer was awesome. NEVER have I seen/used a gas station bathroom like that. Usually they are pretty scary! The young lady was pretty proud and smiling for me. Telling me , thank you! ! Ohh no, .... THANK YOU!

CAUTION: The gas at this station has water in it and will damage your motor! They have had this problem for over a year, and the owner knows it, but is not fixing it. They are supposed to be routinely removing water, but the owner will not do this. He thinks it is cheaper to pay someone for a new motor every now and then. Ask ANYONE in the area ... we all know the Shell on Big Pine Key and Ramrod (same owner) has the same issue. There are MANY horror stories of blown engines from this gas. Do NOT risk your car or boat motor on this water-gas. Even their "rec" fuel has water. It is a shame because most Shell stations are good.

It was a clean store. Gas was super expensive but maybe that’s the key life. The trash in the bathroom was filled. When I walked in, cashier was conversing with a guy. He left as I poured coffee. Purchased two coffees, bottled water and some snacks. Lady didn’t offer a bag. Hard to carry two hot coffees water, snacks, keys, purse. She was Not friendly. I had to say hello to her to initiate any form of acknowledgment. Perked up when the men walked in. Said hello with a smile.Customer service is important to all regardless of gender.

This is my local gas station/convenience store. I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience. The prices on gas and goods is what you would expect and I appreciate the convenience not having to leave the island for occasional necessities.

Horrible experience! The older lady wearing a red shirt thought I took something and put it inside my shirt?!? I was untucking and fixing my shirt. Asked me to lift my shirt and I told why would I steal I rather pay for it that’s why I’m working. Smh never going back!! The other lady was nice not the older lady!!

The girls that work there are awesome always friendly and polite. Always a kind word for an old man when I come in during the morning. Please order more quarts of red milk. Thanks for your outstanding professionalism.

I just wanted to thank the two women working this morning at 6:30 AM. After having trouble at a different gas station with the pumps not working, they both worked to make sure I was able to get gas. What started out as a frustrating morning turned into a morning of gratitude because they could have told me to go some place else like the other attendant but they didn’t. One even came outside in order to get the pump working. I know it doesn’t seem like much but they went above a beyond, and I really appreciated it.

This owner OVER CHARGES for gas and propane and is deceptive for products in the store because the vast majority of items are not marked. Gas is Marathon and gas closer to KW is cheaper. Propane is $6 more per tank for Amerigas. This owner is just taking advantage of the working class folks in the lower keys.
