Been a Tmobile customer for almoat 20years and got tired of the bill getting higher and calls continously dropped whipe driving on I10. Stopped into Verizon in Quincy to see what they cpupd do for me and Theary was absolutely amazing. He went ABOVE and beyond to help my husband and I. We walked out with 4 new Iphone and my bill was almost the same as my 3 lines with Tmobile. He stayed over an hour after closing to ensure all of my information and pictures transferred properly. Best customer service ever and I hope Verizon values Theary! Thank you again for his kindness!!

Shun ordered upgraded phones. Told us to go Thursday Mike was best to move information to new phone. Never said he would charge an additional $97.00 per line to do it. On top of that after we waited our turn in line on 10/10/2024 2 people walked in and Mike found it fine to wait on them in front of us. Discuss upgrades to their phone and account and costs. You can stuff your phone and now I will find a new service. Nobody does that to me and my wife ever!!

I visited the Verizon store in Quincy today after a week of talking to serveral customers service agents to no vail with assistance and to include a few were very unprofessional and lack knowledge of their job. BUT THIS AMAZING MAN Carlos within minutes resolve my issue quickly and professionally with smile. I felted valued and He listen to my concerns then he proceeded to work and restore or fix my phone. I’m so happy that Verizon has a few Good knowledgeable employees that courteous and efficient. Thanks so much Amazing Carlos!!…..Guys come see him he will treat you right.

Julian was very patient and explained everything in detailed while having a very pleasant attitude. He also told us to contact him at anytime if we had any questions or issues with our phone. I will be recommending my friends to come see him. ?

They can’t do anything about your horrible Verizon service. They only take your money. Rude reps. Horrible customer service. Cellular sales is only the middle man that you pay your bill to.

This young man Jamar (at the Quincy, Florida, location) was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable and patient with the services he provided to me in helping to restore my husband's phone. His character shined, and that's the quality that customer support/sales representatives should posses to benefit the public.
