Make sure and ask for Ronnie when going to purchase a new vehicle. She made the buying experience very pleasant and enjoyable. She will be my go to from here on out.

Today I purchased a New Ram 2500 from Coastal. It was a wonderful experience. All my requests were met and they gave me top dollar for my trade. Ms. Ronnie was a pleasure to work with, ask for her if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

Let me start off by saying that lady in the Service department was absolutely horrible. Completely rude and raising her voice at me in front of my kids, barely giving me a chance to respond.
I went in for a complimentary oil change and tire rotation today, my second one on the Jeep wave program for my 23 Compass. That took about 2 hours even though I had an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early. When I left, my tires were making a horrible noise, which this did NOT do before. I drove it back and then made the absolute worse mistake by saying that they weren't balanced correctly. Balancing is not included in the rotation, my bad.
This was my first encounter with the service department lady, wearing a pink polo today (wish I knew her name). She walked out to the service bay without saying much and then came back to tell me I didn't pay for the tire balance. So I said, well my tires are still making a horrible noise and thats not right. I have a 10 hour trip to make back to North Carolina on Saturday. She told me that the tires just need to wear down a little bit, that that's all the noise probably is. So I left and called my husband. He told me to go back because they didn't address the noise issue, which is true. They never even offered to test drive it to hear for themselves.
When I came back, the lady was huffing and puffing and pissed off clearly at me. My husband had called and explained that the noise should have been addressed and was pissed that I was dismissed and nothing was done about it. She all but cursed me out in front of my kids telling me I have bad tires and that tires aren't supposed to be balanced with every rotation and on and on. I finally slammed my key down on the counter and said I don't care what you do, if you charge me for the damn rotation or not, just fix the noise!
An hour and a half later I am pulled into the service area with the manager and her. The service manager tells me that he took my car for a spin, (i know finally right?!) and looked at my tires and told me they rotated my tires back to where they were and that the BACK LEFT TIRE was bad....
Hold on it gets better...
He then offers to get me a quote for a tire. I said no I am going to talk to my husband again thanks anyways. And I left.
I take my tire to Mavis tire in Tallahassee. The service tech there pulls me aside and says "Ma'am, there is absolutely nothing wrong with your tires.. not a single one is bad. I wish I had a tire to show you but these are fine. If they were making the noise you described there would be cupping in them."
Mavis gets a 5 star review after... they were nice, got me right in at 6pm and they didn't try to screw me over...
I will NEVER go back to Coastal Jeep again...

Called before hand, got buttered up real good, even pulled a car around and let me waste the gas just to get interrupted mid way with some bs.
Come back Monday they say,
That same Monday I went to another lot and got the same car they let me test drive. HaHa take that Bozos, my advice
Go somewhere else, you have way way better options out there

Not a good experience. Got a flyer in the mail, pulled the tabs, and it appeared that I was a winner. Called the number on the flyer, and they confirmed that my flyer was a winner. Called the dealership, and was assured that it was no hoax. My flyer showed that I was a winner of $1000. So made the trip over, and from the time I entered the parking lot, until I left felt like was there for a fleecing. They confirmed that I was a winner, and proceeded to try to sell me a vehicle, which I expected. One after another came to the table. Finally they told me that I was a winner, but not the $1000 that the flyer showed. Kept me waiting for a while, then I finally left. I would never buy a vehicle from someone that has to pull shyster acts like that. Can't recommend this dealership to anyone. BEWARE

I went to this dealership with the hopes of being able to trade in my car. I called beforehand and spoke with the sales rep and explained exactly how much was owed on my existing car. I was told that would be no problem to use it as a trade-in. I get to the dealership and lo and behold. The person that works for the bank told me the opposite. And actually encouraged me to go ahead and get one of the cars at the dealership and let my existing car get repossessed by the bank.
And then proceeded to tell me that in the long run, it will not Negative impact on my credit
To say that I was shocked that someone that works for a bank would encourage a potential customer to allow their existing car to get repossessed is mind-boggling. As a result, I will never do business with this car company, and I will encourage others to not do business if this is How they operate their business

I would give 0 stars if I could. The mailer is a scam.
The mailer said I won $1,500. I called and Wendy told me all I had to do was come in with the paper and they would give me cash. I called back three more times and asked more questions to see if there was a catch. I asked very specific questions (a lot of questions). My wife said, “this has to be a scam. There’s no way they are going to give you $1,500.” I said “I read the fine print, I called and asked all the questions I can. The only way this is a scam is if THEY ARE LYING TO ME.”
So I drove all the way out to Quincy just to find out Wendy lied to me three times. Very poor business practice. Very poor people practice. Lying to people is not how you build a business.

This dealership told us that we won a $2,500 cash prize. When we showed up we realized that we got duped. My wife called the dealer earlier today confirming if it was legit money we won. They said yes, come on in and claim your money. We drove 25 miles to get there. Once we arrived, we were told by a gentlemen who was selling cars here that the ad was basically a scam. He said “You guys know that all advertisements and marketing in the business world are misleading.” He literally started his sales pitch like that, and then when we questioned him he said “well I gotta finish my pitch here, and it’s fine if you don’t like it, I’ll get on with the next customer.” This is why dealerships are losing their credibility these days. What an absolute disgrace this place is.

We called in because the flyer said we won - no purchase necessary - turns out we didn’t win anything it was just a discount and a sales pitch
