0500 apt arrived 0450, door at 0500, finished unloading at 1100, $575 lumper fee. denied 2 pallets because they stopped carrying product lol never again

Got there 10 minutes before my appointment and an hour or so later, I was out.

Arrived 0430 for 0500 appointment, finally got to door at 5:45, might get finished around noon, lumper service EXTREMELY SLOW and severely over priced, other than that, it’s not a terrible place. Parking lot extremely large yet drivers are required to park on side of the road off the property. Very few trucks coming to deliver, yet taking them in excess of 6 hours to unload one truck. Very POOR!!!!!!

Appt at 6am, got here at 5am, got to door around 545am, Done unloading and paperwork by 745am. Very friendly crew.

Had a 8:30 appt,checked in at 8:10,was told to wait for the lumper to arrive in order to get a door,got a call at 9:00 to back in to door,it’s 12:08 and not done yet.Slow service!!!

Updated review: We arrived at 630am for 800am appt, we unloaded and gone by 820am. Nothing bad to say here and we didn't gave a lumper fee!

Would give 5 stars but lumper fee increased because now they separate items into multiple skids and charge us instead of telling the shipper how product should be divided on each pallet. Upside is drivers can unload themselves to avoid fee.

02/20/2023Arrived at 0700 for 0800 appt. Guards were nice. Drivers enter in the red door of to the left of gate at the end of building. Lady at the driver check in window was nice as well. This is a lumper facility, with CAPSTONE!! You will wait for person who unloads truck to count product before you get your BOLS. The Lady that OVERSEES that process is NOT so pleasant!! That is the reason for 1 star. Also, there is no turning lane from John Adams Rd off of Hwy 267.
