“I visited the Verizon store in Quincy today after a week of talking to serveral customers service agents to no vail with assistance and to include a few were very unprofessional and lack knowledge of their job. BUT THIS AMAZING MAN Carlos within minutes resolve my issue quickly and professionally with smile. I felted valued and He listen to my concerns then he proceeded to work and restore or fix my phone.
