“I want you to know Ms. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful in helping yesterday. When I arrived she was alone in the Quincy Fl store. She managed to assist all of the people singlehandedly with a smile and a kind heart. She needs a raise and recognition for her Quality of Customer Service, efficiency and swiftness. She managed to do all she did even though the AC was not working and it was at least 81 degrees in that store.
