I stopped at the store in Quincy Florida at about 12:30. I looked at eight different phones.the store was well lit and clean .I spoke to no one because no employee spoke to me. It's time for me to buy a new phone. Perhaps it's time to order a phone online and go with a company that has no store fronts.I have never found the customer service to be very good at Cricket. I've visited different locations. Almost always the same. It's as if I'm in the way. My phone and Internet service has however always been good with them.

The manager told me since I’m already having issues with Cricket before even getting service I should go get service elsewhere. I had to call the main number for cricket numerous times to actually talk to a person then they hung up.

Very nice and professional customer service naissel helped me recover all my data from my old phone I tried going to many places and I’m so happy that I got the pictures back this store is now friendly and very nice people.

Terrible experience with the quality and service provided by some of the employees in this Company.Two of the employees were agresive, totally unreasonably and lie in your face to their managers about the bad service provided, yet, argued with you, they didn't said what they did.Also, they violated the law and their own company policy as far of returning devised/accessory to the company or store. Even if you just bought the item and returned it 5 to 10 minutes after doing the purchase.The company policy on return of goods or services said very clear on their card board announcement displayed at the front desk:" Customer has 7 days to return the accessory/device to the store in the original package with the receipt".The store manager and his employee at the store at Quincy. Fl. refused energetically with a verbal and non-verbal communication, arrogant and unreasonable attitude, "the store policy doesn't do refund" period!

Excellent customer service, the young man who helped us stayed an hour after closing time to help us with our issue, all while dealing politely dealing with a very irate couple that was ahead of us. Don't know if all the staff is like that but he certainly went above and beyond for us tonight.
