I want you to know Ms. Cynthia was absolutely wonderful in helping yesterday. When I arrived she was alone in the Quincy Fl store. She managed to assist all of the people singlehandedly with a smile and a kind heart. She needs a raise and recognition for her Quality of Customer Service, efficiency and swiftness. She managed to do all she did even though the AC was not working and it was at least 81 degrees in that store. Today's experience was a very pleasant one. Everyone in the store was more than willing to help me. I didn't have to wait for assistance. The salesperson explained everything to me in details. Let me tell you why l visited the store. I wanted to get my daughter a house warming gift. So, l decided on a TV. I didn't know which one l wanted but the salesperson was there to guide me through choosing the perfect TV. Thanks to her my daughter has a 55 in smart TV. This is the reason why l keep coming back....The kind and patient people who work there..

I believe this is a great company, our daughter bought us a livingroom set in 2000, the frame is still good but the fabric is worn. my husband and I purchased a new set less than a month ago and are having some problems with it. Our sales person says she will fix the problem one way or another, I'll give a different review once they've kept their word or not, $1800:00 is to much to throw away....please come through for us Farmer's!

Great furniture, watch the fine print. Make sure your $1000 living room set is a $1000 and not $1800 after all the add ons.
