Best place to take your car ! I called yesterday morning with overheating issue, Sherri said to bring it in and they will look at it. I dropped it off at noon and had it back by 5pm. I don't know what their work schedule was but they put me in front of the line and fixed it and I was leaving with a usable car. Great prices and they will get my business from now on. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Had an appointment for my vehicle at 11am. Called at 3:30pm. Got a ride up there and my vehicle was moved but they never even took it into the shop to fix it. I needed my vehicle due to family emergency so I took it and left. I was made because you don't schedule an appointment and not even get it into the shop when you say you are going to.

I was on my way to work late Saturday morning. My van started to over heat and I had to pull off the road. I called AAA and they said they would be there soon. Well they weren't. I called the auto shop I normally use and they said it would be Thursday before they could even look at the van. My Son-in-law said to drive it to Woodies, which was like 2 blocks away from where I was pulled over. We were greeted by Trevor who was so nice and he took the van and wrote up the work order. Everyone else I called was worried about closing at noon but not here. Even though they close early on Saturday they took the time to help me. They called me before lunch Monday and had the van fixed and ready to go. I shall never forget the help that was so needed that day! I can't thank them enough! My go to place from now on!

Schedule an appointment. Yes, they may get backed up, find another problem, ask you to bring it back, because they have to find a part, etc.. You make a doctor's appointment, they get backed up, find a problem, come back after tests are run... Doctor's overbook, Woodie Lee's doesn't.
