We had a problem with an ACH error and George Difulo helped us file a claim to dispute the error to our account. He was empathetic with our situation, courteous and helpful - everything a manager should be.

First time visitors. Helping my mother move her accounts from Bank of America which is closing offices here. Staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice bright office with comfortable seating. The branch manager George Difuilo was exceptionally helpful and kind. He stayed with us for hours in resolving our problem with the bank. You can tell in his demeanor that he loves to serve his customers well.
