a four-star because of Brennan in the pharmacy. I was on my last option of staying at Walgreens because I'm fed up with the lines and the people in the fast line when I pay for it and get an argument because they don't know about the app or what not so days and days and days later six days at the most my medication still processing so I go in person and the only reason why I get anything done is when Brennan is there, so if any of the managers see or read this which I hope you all do he needs a raise and he needs a promotion

Hear Walgreens only fills pain pill RX for 21 pills even though physician may order a month's supply for 30 pill's Don't tell customer I don't know if they charge for 21 or the prescribed number if more. Interesting an creates a hardship for older citizens with transportation

Before I retired to Punta Gorda, I worked for 30 years in healthcare! This pharmacy is terrible!! Three times in less than a year I caught mistakes on my prescriptions. One time it was a prescription for another person and another time I was shorted and another time I was given the wrong medication. If I had been a regular lay person I may never have caught these mistakes!! For your safety, Double check your prescriptions before you leave the store!!!

Only if Yang, Pharmacist is on duty. Hi and went to pick up a prescription and was overcharge $84. And because my husband has severe hearing loss the PT treated him like he was an idiot. But Yang took care of the problem. This store is crazy busy. All. The. Time.

I entered the pick up area and I was the only car there, the young woman advised me that i had to wait. After a considerable wait she said in a rude tone ARE YOU READY? ARE YOU READY? I said yes I am and she proceeded to fill my prescription. Walgreen's employees are rude, and that rudeness reflects directly on the manager of the store.

Just received our first COVID vaccine today. They did a marvelous job of getting people thru the line. We had no wait. Disney could take some lessons from them. This was only their second day giving shots. I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though they had been at it all day. p covington

Worst, worst pharmacy ever! Getting a prescription filled is like pulling teeth. You will have to call every day , wait approximately 15 minutes for someone to answer and tell them what needs to be done to fill the prescription as there's always something holding it up. Sometimes it takes me a week!!! Many, many times waiting for prescription in the store, they will fill it and not tell you it's ready. I sit right in front of them so they are aware I am waiting. Wait in line again, as no one will inform you or help with the finally filled prescription!? In the drive through, sent my credit card and license to pay. Somehow my card numbers were added to their computer system without my knowledge. I NEVER keep a credit card on file. Received my prescription and license back but no card. Explained that she still had my card and was told there wasn't a credit card placed in the drive through tray and continued to argue with me as she wanted me to leave! I wasn't Leaving without my card and started to panic since she would not even look around and was insistent she did not have it! Finally, the credit card was found on the counter right next to her. No apology, nothing. I DREAD when I have a prescription that needs to be filled and currently trying to switch to another pharmacy. Do not use this Walgreens, basically any, as I didn't have better luck in the Englewood store.

Had issues with thier camera but manager improvised and took photos with phoneThey processed good and we have photos for renewing our passports. He could have just said sorry you'll have to come back. He improvised and solved the problem

We've used Walgreens all over the country for years with hardly ever an issue, however since moving to PG over a year and choosing this particular Walgreens because of its location, we've had nothing but bad experiences. We'll get both emails and text messages several times advising that a prescription is ready for pickup, only to get there and watch them search every bin, box, bucket and fridge for the meds. Oftentimes it takes several employees looking frantically to find the script. Employees are friendly, but the store has zero organization!! If it weren't such a hassle to switch, we'd change pharmacies in a heartbeat. Someone from corporate needs to help them get organized.

Didn't receive a receipt for purchase and was charged the incorrect amount. The cashier was so flustered because of a line behind me that I just left. Called less than 30 minutes after my purchase and the assistant manager was less than helpful.
