How about taking the ridiculous PO Box increase and fix the freaking front door. $100 every 6 months. Ridiculous. Nothing has changed. No service increase nor anything you have to do to get my mail in that box. Nothing has increased, yet you have raised prices every year. I use to pay $100 a year now it's every 6 months.

I'd give zero stars if I could. I rescheduled a delivery for yesterday- waited ALL DAY and nothing came. TODAY, while home ALL DAY, I picked up a notice that I was "out" and missed my delivery. Such nonsense. The bell did not ring and no one came (except FedEx - they rang the bell). No doubt sheer laziness. Typical USPS. I called the local USPS Office and was disconnected twice while listening to endless ringing.

Really bad....they show a package delivered in my address it was never delivered same happened with my neighbor. They absolutely don't care for our orders too bad I can't select which company should deliver my goods. Terrible service.

This may be the worst post office on the planet. I stood in line 20 minutes to pick up a package, and was then told I was in the wrong line, and they made me stand in another line, which was NEVER served until the first line was empty....just absurd.

Terrible customer service, it doesn’t matter when or how many times you try to contact them the don’t pickup or respond. I was told my package would be held at the postal location for pickup after it wasn’t forwarded to my new address like it was supposed to be. Their was a forwarding request submitted two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery for the package to begin with and it was still delivered to the wrong address.
