This UPS store employs some of the most wonderful, efficient, talented, and nice people around. The owners are also wonderful efficient talented and nice. Blake is an amazing designer and works to complete work within the tightest deadlines. Alex and Allison who own the store are conscientious, and resourceful. I can't say enough good about this place.

We have had a PO box at this store for 5 years now. Have always had a positive experience each and every time. Thank you for taking such great care of us and our packages!

Everybody at this UPS store is awesome. Alex, Blake, and Marcus from 1133 Bal Harbor Blvd are very friendly, patient and always ready to help. Clean little place, too.

I have no intention of returning to this establishment. The young man with glasses who works here exhibits a consistently rude and condescending attitude. Until last Friday, my encounters with everyone here had been pleasant. Additionally, I paid over $100 to have a small box containing a cellphone delivered by Saturday (I asked him to make sure that it was delivered on Saturday), yet it wasn't received until today, Monday. I'd rather make the drive to Port Charlotte to handle my shipping needs than have to deal with this individual again!

I had a very complicated international shipping situation and Blake was phenomenal through each step of the process. I experienced the most friendly and efficient customer service one could ever hope for. I will continue to drive past other options to go where I know everything will be taken care of properly and with a smile. You all are the best, & thank you so much Blake!

The staff are friendly and professional. I made an appt to have Notary to sign our wills. It gave the choice on the website for wills. We show up and are told that they don't do wills. It gave me the option. We hade 2 witnesses with us too. We were not happy. They were very apologetic. But UPS store needs to correct their site

Five Star experience, but PLEASE READ. I came at 1pm on a Tuesday. The store was incredibly busy. Customers were coming in every 30 - 90 seconds. At times the line went out the door. BUT the store was fully staffed, and every employee was working as hard as possible, polite and professional - even when people had lengthy or complicated issues.I personally was served by Julie, who helped me notarize and mail several forms. This took several minutes, and caused their small line to grow out the door. But she handled this disruption with a smile on her face and a cheerful attitude.So if you're going to this store, realize you might have to wait in line for a few minutes (I waited for about 5 minutes before getting to Julie). And the staff might be in a hurry and not want to chit-chat. But they're doing their best to deal with an incredibly busy store.This is incredibly impressive because some people come in, take a lot of time, and don't spend any money. Someone came in the same time I did, wanting to know how expensive it'd be to mail an odd-shaped package. It took the staff several minutes to measure and weigh this package, only for him to decide it was too expensive and leave. There's nothing wrong with this, a customer has this right, but it puts even more pressure on the staff because they spent a lot of time only to not get a sale.Anyway, I strongly recommend this store and applaud the staff. But if you're considering going here, just understand that it's extremely popular and you may have to wait.

Regardless of how close this is to my home, I wont be using them again. The male that works here is so rude I just can’t anymore with him, today was the 3rd time out of 3 interactions with him and his condescending rude attitude that pushed me over today. I have had pleasant experiences with everyone i have encountered here until this past year. I would rather drive to Port Charlotte to ship my things than have to deal with this person!
