Huge shout out to Wally at the Punta Gorda branch. She is amazing!!! I have had many life changes in 2 months including just surviving the most horrible flood Florida has seen in yrs. Lost my home and car. I called told her of my situation. She told me to come right in. I did and was approved in less than an yr. A++++ banking and management. All employees are wonderful and sweet. I even moved my business account to suncoast. Thank you!

I wanted to speak with them about a mortgage and they clearly do not want to deal with customers. Phone numbers on website for each branch is missing, and the 800 number has very long waits, 20 minutes or more after pushing 4 to 5 buttons to get to correct department. This negates the "buy local" concept and inspires online business.

The branch is great, customer service is wondering at this branch
The institution is another story, suncoast fcu is absolutely atrocious to bank with, too many technical issues and the support system is terrible, after 3 years I am finally switching to another bank after many mishaps and mishandling of my funds, the would not recommend this institution if you are a business owner or even for personal checking
