The shop is I. A clean new store front. The guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. My phone glass was replaced in about 20 min. He did a great job. I will be taking my laptop up there for him to work on it also.

My fiancé Gary and I could not reboot his phone after a recent software update. We went to Verizon in Sebring who were no help whatsoever. They suggested several things we could try at home on our PC. They said for security reasons they could not use their PC and do it for us. We went to Quick Mobile Repair in Punta Gorda and met Turner who tried the same things we had tried at home, using his PC. He was very pleasant, explained everything so that we understood the problem and that the phone couldn't be fixed. We purchased a new phone from him. He said that Verizon could transfer the number and download the data from the cloud, and it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes. So we went to Verizon in Punta Gorda. For over an hour they tried to sell us a new phone. After saying no several times, they finally transferred the number. But they said they couldn't download the data from the cloud, we would have to go to an Apple Store. We went back to Quick Mobile Repair and Turner very easily downloaded the data for us. He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them for all your cell phone needs.

Absolutely the best repair place for phones. I had my screen frame, back and battery replaced for what the screen frame alone would have cost at competitors. All this in less than 40 minutes. Friendly and professional. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else
