I came in to ask for 22G needles because the CVS I get my medication at beside this location suggested I check there. The pharmacy staff was very unwelcoming and not friendly. I wouldn't say they were rude just awkward and not customer service oriented. Unlike CVS they didn't even offer to order the needles, or tell me other solutions. I had to ask and they recommended Walmart pharmacy. Apparently they don't carry 22G needles. The whole experience was completely uncomfortable and honestly I'm glad I don't have to go back.

Went to pick up my girlfriends pain medication and Wayne (head of the pharmacy) told me it’s being shipped in and come back tomorrow (that’s fine I understand) she comes in the next day and is told the same thing same phrasing and all I would understand if they had a delay in shipping but they didn’t because her mother called and they magically had it filled in 30 minutes and when she returned to pick up the prescription his reason for blatantly lying was “ I didn’t know it was urgent” he had the medication to fill the prescription but still choose not too so basically Wayne takes it upon himself to say what is and is not urgent and who does and doesn’t receive their prescription that in my opinion is not only wrong it’s a disgusting abuse of power and to top it all off she got home and they didn’t even give her the full amount of medication she was pescribed so now she has to go back and get the rest of it the next day

The bakery did a cake and cupcakes for my mother's 80th birthday and did an absolutely amazing job. Tasted awesome and decorated perfectly.

Tonight, I had to reach out to the Publix located in Punta Gorda for assistance. For privacy purposes I can't explain the issue. Only that my mother was very sick and needed items from the store. Frustrated with delivery services due it being a late hour. I had help from an assistant manager Joey. He was able to help me come up with a solution. I just had to write a review that he was a life saver. I truly appreciated his kindness and help. Thank god for people like him!

Received my vaccines here as well as all my prescriptions! Friendly, efficient, attentive staff each and every visit!!

The Sales Manager, Craig hope I spelled that right he is one of the nicest human beings I've ever met, was having problems with my card and pretty much he just paid for my lunch today. What a great person Publix is lucky to have a guy like this big shout out to you brother. Hope you have a great day.

This location isn't the easiest to access, and the parking lot is a bit strange. That aside, they had a great variety of all items I needed. The store was clean, and employees were kind.

If you are looking for customer service this is not the place. I transferred my prescriptions here because they are cheaper. You get what you pay for. Prescriptions never ready on time and they will NEVER call you doctor. Zero customer service.

well, I was at the pharmacy four days ago and asked for my prescription, was told it would be ordered and it would be available the next day after 1pm. I was also told it would be 104 dollars, they needed consent to order it, I told them yes please, you have my consent. Went to pick it up and it was not ordered. One of the not so lovely techs said I was called to get my consent to order it because it was over 100 dollars and no one answered so they did not order it. terrible God awful Will go to a new Pharmacy now.

Was a local long time customer now I travel 15 minutes to go to Publix on burnt store rd feel discrimination from management Tiffany not a pleasant environment anymore I just don't go here unless I really need something quick covid had changed people
