Inside of the store is clean, well staffed with pleasant associates. There is limited parking, but the lot is clean. Unfortunately, it looks like a few RVs have taken up residence blocking parking spots.

There always is happening something about PILOT APP. The app always is running good, but the communication between pilot app and pilot store is difficult and can’t do fuel payments using pilot app

We are pet transporters and have a fleet account. After driving all day we PAID for prime parking so we could get a full 8 hr sleep. No prime spots available when we arrive. So we go inside and staff was RUDE and said park wherever. So after 5 hrs we get awoken to a lady banging on our door who wakes up ALL the dogs and she yells 30 mins parking. I was trying to find the keys to explain to her we paid for parking. She yelled thirty minutes and mumbled something and walked off. We planned on showering but now we are suppose to move and have only 5 hrs of sleep. PARKING lot had maybe 4 cars, a rv that had been there since i got there and a few ford 250 like mine. We are a commerical company .Drivers have to be able to sleep Especially if we pay for a spot. Ridiculous. Also there is no signs posted about 30 min parking

Went in saying I need gross weight of my trailer. Explain it to buddy working scale/register 5 times. Dude tells me that “it’s all separated and certified you don’t need to weigh trailer separately” I try to explain to him that trailer axle does not show gross trailer weight because weight from that trailer goes on the drive axles as well.Dude starts acting like I’m talking crazy. Went to a different truck stop and got it done first try. Please hire competent people. Less stress

Never had a problem staying at a pilot. Was woken up by staff claiming I can't stay there and was only 30 min parking. There's no signs posted anywhere!!! No one was even there maybe 3 vehicles total

When I entered this location I was frantic, I had lost my debit card and was in desperate need of copies of documents so I do not miss a flight to leave the country and be with a sick loved one. The gentleman Nick at the counter was not only able to calm me down but assist me with everything I needed helping me be able to spend the last moments with my family member. I owe it to Nick and the team at this location. Thank you Nick for .aki g a difference.

Horrible customer service. Report for fraud. They do not tell you at the register there is a 150 dollar hold on your card if you pump gas. Statement on a pump is not sufficient for notification! Manager on duty hung up on me when trying to do the right thing to report this. Spend your money elsewhere!

Very clean throughout the store. The showers were clean and better than I expected. Devin was extremely helpful and had wonderful customer service. The coffee area was fully stocked and had several different options. We stopped at the Arby's when we were done and the food was hot, and the customer service was great.

Worst gas station ever. My family and I are currently on vacation and are only carrying one debit card with us. I bought $89 worth of gas at a pump and soon after received a text message from my bank saying that my card had been block due to suspicious activity. The gas station put a hold of $151 on my card. I went inside the store to speak to the manager, Jason, and he told me that it was normal for their gas station to put a certain amount of money on hold while buying gas and that it was clearly stated outside on the pumps. I later checked the pumps and it didn’t say anywhere that my money would be held, especially not that large of an amount. My family and I are frequent travelers and we have never had an experience at a gas station like this. We enjoy camping and we have a travel trailer. We have been to this exact gas station before and never had any problems so I had my concerns. After speaking to my husband about this, he decided to go inside and speak to the manager himself. My husband asked what would happen to someone who didn’t have such amount of money in their bank account. The manager responded saying that the transaction would be canceled and that it would show up as fraud.
