The staff member who helped me was very nice. Not alot of options for what I was looking for and what they did have was very expensive I ended up buying the same item on Amazon for half the price. Same exact item. Some of there prices for dog items is reasonable and close to prices elsewhere I was told they price match just not places like Walmart and Amazon which is good to know and that you can return an item within so many days this goes for pet food too as long as over 80% of the food is still there.

Went in looking for 1 thing, left with a bag full. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The prices were reasonable with discounts clearly marked. Was clean and well organized. Very happy with my experience

We shop at all 3 Pet Supermarkets in town. Punta Gorda , Charlotte Harbor , and sometimes the Pet Supermarket off Peachland. Best prices and best staff in all 3 stores, of any of the big box pet stores in town. Friendly knowledgeable staff always happy to help. Carol ( Mrs Kevin :)

My family and I spend a lot of time and money at Pet Supermarket. They have a great selection of Pets and supplies. There are a few very friendly and helpful employees. Here is a picture of Milo and his new cage he got for his birthday from Pet Supermarket.

The women working tonight acted really annoyed that we came in to wash our dogs. The cashier even waved both her hands in the air and motioned for us to hurry up with checking out. We finished washing, shopping, and checked out 20 min before they closed. So not sure why the gray haired older women was so rude while we checked out
