Everyone deserves a 2nd chance right? I went BACK to Gettle after an unpleasant appointment experience (I didn't have an appointment and couldn't get service). I bit my lip and tried again; this time making an appointment. They were really busy, but managed to get me out of there at about an hour-this for a tire rotation and oil change. Can't complain. They were super friendly and efficient. Waiting room is full of olds talking loudly on cell phones, so better have some ear buds or a better place to go! But like I said, everyone deserves a second chance. My service advisor is Kristy and she is friendly and knowledgeable and takes up the slack!

Had great experience while car was at the shop, but the followup after money changed hands SUCKS. Brought Traverse in for work under an extended warranty; one of the services performed was to fix a leak in the A/C system. System was found to leak again within two weeks. Service writer, service manager, and general manager were all emailed regarding unresolved leak, 0 responses received. However, sales emails from dealership continued to be sent. Apparently, they are happy to sell you more but have no interest in standing behind their workmanship for services purportedly already performed. AVOID!Services: Auto A/C recharge

Very polite and professional people in the service department , Cristian was excellent keeping me informed on the vehicle, cost of repair and got it back to me the same day as I needed it the next day, a very positive experience again at Gettel

I've tried to send this directly to Gettel, but after three emails and a text, I've gotten NO replies from Gettel's management. I did not want to post this here , but after seeing other reviews I thought I would add mine. Apparently I should have checked reviews before going there... On Monday November 16 I Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I asked if they would check the cabin air filter. Was told that it is checked as part of the 27 point inspection. I know that it is difficult to check cabin air filter in a 2016 Casada, so we decided to check the engine air filter..the easy one to check. It had not been touched. Leaves, bugs and dirt covered the filter. So, if the easy one was not checked why would I think you checked the difficult one? I feel lied to and taken advantage of.. I know now that the 27 point inspection is a farce... and do not feel I can recommend this service to others. Also, I'm no expert, but should not the tire pressure be checked when tires are rotated? All the pressures were different, from 35 to 39 psi... I'm no expert, but? Makes me wonder if tires were even rotated....?? Definitely not a satisfied customer....

Super friendly and very thorough and knowledgeable. We had Brian in Sales. He found the Truck that we wanted along with the color and the extra’s that we wanted on it. Very happy with our purchase experience!

Salesman John M. was absolutely wonderful! Went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I left In a vehicle I loved & with a great price! He did sooo much to make me feel comfortable and did everything in his power to be on my side of things, even worked ALL day long with me to find a car, never left once or was helping multiple people! He put his full attention into finding me a car & a great price!!! I am very thankful for having John helping me find a great family car that will accommodate my soon to be twins that are on the way! Thank you John for being awesome & I will definitely be referring everyone I know to you!!!!
