“I just needed a couple nuts and bolts to put a handle on my patio door. Instead of a big box store I went to Ace. What a great decision! I barely got in the door before a lady asked if she could help and she got me pointed in the right direction. As I was searching the aisle another clerk was helping someone else but assured he would help me in just a moment. In no time a third clerk was walking by and asked if she could help. She found exactly what I needed and had me on my way within minutes. I go to Lowe's frequently because of location but rarely if ever get this kind of customer service. Thank you very much to all of the staff at Ace for all of your help. You are amazing!”
