Getting a new windshield for my Mini was a quick and easy process with Mike’s Autoglass! Heather was patient, understanding and kind when setting up the service and insurance. Brandon ( I think) was on time - he came to the house- , professional and quick when installing the new windshield. He was able to save important decals on the windshield which will save me a hassle with the HOA. Thank you Mike’s Autoglass!

Closed in punta Gorda FL, but when you call and make an appointment, they don't tell you that they are not in punta Gorda, and you map quest for the location and it is closed, then you call the punta Gorda phone number and ask for help with finding the shop and they tell you that they are in Sarasota FL! Got my windshield fixed by safelight cheaper and they came to my house!

Worst experience ever waited a week for the windshield an scheduled it for that Monday got a call from them on that Monday saying it would need to be done in there shop I said ok an scheduled it for Friday an got it towed to there shop on Thursday so it would be there for Friday an they knew nothing about it and we're very unprofessional and rude they told me they don't want it an leave worst experience of my life felt very disrespected an they didn't even look at the vehicle make me go out of my way an spend money to get it towed an hour away an an hour back for absolutely nothing I would never get anything done by these people zero stars don't do it

Showed up 20 minutes early, which I appreciated a bunch. Repair was done quickly and professionally. They even cleaned up the broke glass with a shop vac and did a very thorough job at it. Im impressed and will use them again if need be.Service: Auto side window replacement

At least he was honest and said no one can replace a windshield on a weekend, warehouses are closed, can't get windshields in this area.

Danelle was so great on the phone contacting the insurance company while I was on the phone for two vehicles for mobile chip repair. She dispatched Sam and he was there within an hour! It was a last minute decision on my part since both vehicles were here, and it was done so quickly. Thank you! Im very impressed, and will suggest this company to anyone that needs a windshield chip repair.
