What a terrible experience with purchasing a golf cart. I spent $11,000 cash and you think I was buying a whopper sandwich. When we were buying a cart, our salesman told us it would take up 10 days to get it delivered, They were very busy, which I understand. I’m not the only person in the world that wants their cart ASAP. So no problem. Well after two weeks and I didn’t hear from anybody. I decided to call and got attitude from some girl who was very short with me, and acted like I was a huge inconvenience.
Then come to find out I needed to register my new cart in my area to drive it, no big deal so I call the dealership to get my proper documents and again get attitude from some girl who claims she’s the manager punting me on the DMV saying she can’t do anything and that she wasn’t my sales person so she can’t help me.
As a consumer, just spend a lot of money there may be some restrictions, but would appreciate some assistance, So I called the DMV like she asked me to and they said the dealer has to provide me the documentation I proceeded to call the girl back. She gives me more attitude and just wants to get off the phone with me.
Apparently, this is how they treat their customers after they’ve collected their money. Just very disappointing.

Sold me a lemon D5 Ranger. This has needed to be serviced 3 times since we had it delivered after purchase on March 11 for the same issue. "Hollywood" had it picked up and returned the next day, and within a couple of days, the problem is back.

These people are great. You would not expect a business like this to be interested in me as a client, nevertheless their technician came out to help me solve some problems with a very old golf cart I have. He found some old used parts for me. If I had money I would just give it to them ?

While Matt's Custom Golf Cart is a viable option for purchasing golf carts, it's essential to be aware of potential challenges with Evolution carts. The brand tends to encounter frequent issues, causing stress for the manager, Angela, and the technicians who are overwhelmed by the volume of Evolution-related complaints.Regrettably, Evolution golf carts, despite their availability, pose reliability concerns due to inadequate assembly and recurring electrical problems, including issues with batteries and keyless remotes. As a former technician, I strongly discourage investing in Evolution golf carts based on their unreliability.Additionally, caution is advised when dealing with the district manager, HOLLYWOOD, who has been observed employing questionable tactics to secure sales. It's crucial not to be misled by his seemingly customer-centric approach, as it may be an act. Exercise discretion and consider alternative options to avoid potential dissatisfaction with your purchase.

My wife and I purchased a new Evolution golf cart from the Punta Gorda location. The salesperson was very friendly and helpful, and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Last December, I decided to purchase the golf bag attachment. Since we’re snowbirds, I decided to purchase the golf bag attachment through Matt’s website. HUGE MISTAKE. Do NOT ever order anything from their website. They were quick to charge my credit card, but never processed my on-line order. I have made multiple phone calls, talked to the store staff in person, and sent multiple emails, but all I get is that the general supervisor must handle the transaction. At this point, all I want is a refund of my charge. BTW, I was able to purchase the golf bag attachment for less than the on-line price I paid on their website (that I never received) from the Punta Gorda store.

Was fortunate to meet Mileny right before Xmas. I initially was interested in a used cart but it required I do several modifications to get it up to my standard. She explained all options and we both agreed that the new unit with a warranty was the best fit. My wife really wanted a black cart with black rims and Mileny noted a few deliveries were arriving the next day. I called back and she had 1 available. We grabbed it and setup delivery just in time for Christmas! They did a great job providing options, answering all of my questions, and helped me deliver the family xmas present just in time! No sales tactics, just facts and patience.

We went here to get a good, reliable used cart. But it was hard to do this with All of the awesome new, fancy, top of the line golf carts sitting all around. ? They had a Lot of inventory to choose from, so of course we ended up getting a brand new one. ? Our awesome sales gal, Sherry, was funny, Very knowledgeable, informative, patient while we looked around, and treated us like friends. We loved meeting her. We highly recommend Matt's Carts to anyone wanting a new or used cart. We are thrilled with our purchase and they are close by for any future appts or parts we may want to add on later.
