This company is the worst to deal with, do yourself a favor if you need oxygen go with another company from the start. Medicare guidelines cover a portable oxygen concentrator, but Lincare has its own policy that won't supply you with one until you use 3 consecutive months of 8 portable tanks . They should FOLLOW Medicare Guidelines!!! Well my mom difficulty with those portable tanks, and the POC was cleared by her insurance months ago. Manager Michael never returns calls, and is always busy when I call. That's if they answer the phone. My mom even met Lincares guidelines and still no POC ! I called in a complaint to corporate and it was never followed up . Save yourself the time and a headache go with another company.

Kerry Sue coordinated a fast delivery of an E-tank to the emergency room which allowed my mom to be discharged. Oxygen generator and tanks delivered to our house shortly thereafter by Alicia who went above and beyond to make sure I was familiar with the equipment. She just picked up the equipment today as we are now in Hospice- excellent service, Alicia is amazing!!

Not sure if they have different staff or what - but, this place was great! Called back quickly, very helpful in getting a BIPAP machine during the nationwide shortage for a new customer.

Contrary to the other reviews, I have had quite the opposite experience! My old provider was suddenly out of my network. Lincare jumped in and worked with my primary to get me set up asap. And they called afterward to be sure everything was good.! I was completely happy with their service, both from the office and the delivery person.

Wish I could do zero. They use to be great, been calling since March and can't get service or even a return call!!!! Checking out others.

One star because I could not post with zero or negative stars.Lincare was sent a durable medical equipment order for a portable oxygen concentrator from my doctor on 11/1/19.Stalling tactics by Lincare until 1/21/2020 when my doctor made a call. A lady arrived with a portable unit and went back to her truck to get an additional stationary concentrator.. I told her that the order did not include the stationary concentrator and that I would not pay for the unauthorized equipment. The lady packed up all the equipment and left without performing any service.

According to them, They can't take care of me because they see twenty patients A day! They're just so busy.That's what I was told about CPAP supplies when I called to find out where they are! Over two months. I wasn't even in the system. The paperwork was never completed. Frustrating!

They never return calls Very poor billing. My insurance is willing to pay for my cpap machine in full they just need Lincare to ask them to pay for it. I have gone back and forth between the insurance company and Lincare. The insurance company has been good enough to intricate a three way call to Lincare to try and straighten this out ....Still on hold after 45 minutes. Very bad bad service. Go somewhere else... anywhere has to be better than this. This is day three of trying to get this taken care of.

If I could give no stars I would. My dads breathing medication was suppose to arrive on Friday. It's now Monday and the medication still isn't here. If you have to use this facility don't let them ship the medication to you. Use Wal-Mart pharmacy. They have their heads up their butts.

World's Worst. They lost Rx. They lost insurance info. They do not answer phone at local office or return email. They tell you how busy they are serving other customers, when you arrive at local office they are sitting in break room. If you have any choice for CPAP supplies...avoid Lincare at all cost. THE WORLD'S WORST
