Total nightmare to deal with completely dishonest and will cheat you at every opportunity. We had 2 plumbing issues (emergencies) no hot water in February for a week when the guys showed up to change the water heater they weren’t even licensed plumbers just handymen. Then the septic system backed up on a Saturday morning they told us they would get someone out right away. They showed up on Monday to pump it out when I asked what took so long the guy said the got the call on Monday. Probably because they did not want to pay extra for weekend service. Then when we did move out with notice and cleaned everything and one of the agents said we would get our deposit back once Lisa got back into the office. A few days and unreturned calls later Lisa gets on the phone and denies that anyone from her office ever said we would get our deposit back. Avoid at all cost!!!

I rented an apartment with this real estate agency and I want to tell you that it was the worst thing that could have happened, they do not respond when you need it and show unprofessionalism. If you want to live your own nightmare, contact the administration of this place.

I don’t understand the negative or low ratings for this company. Landmark Realty managed a rental property for me and I could not be happier with the professional courtesies and management expertise exhibited by Lisa and her staff throughout the contract I had with the company. I never had to worry about any details involved with the management - repairs, rent collections, issues after Hurricane Ian. All were handled without fret or concerns on my part. Example: sliding glass door blew out in the middle of the night. Lisa had repairman at the house at first light to board up the opening and the same day had a glass company replace the glass. Example: water heater literally blew up. Lisa has repairman on site within hours who removed and replaced water heater and cleaned up the mess. I didn’t have to be involved at all. Whether water pressure issues, repairs to plumbing, pool issues, they all were handled expertly and in a timely manner. Previously I had another management company manage the property and it required constant attention. Not so with Landmark. I highly recommend this company for a variety of reasons and again I don’t understand the bad reviews.

I am an owner to two properties and landmark realty helps me manage both of them as well as have helped me sell and buy a fee properties in the past. I only have good things to say about this company especially since the hurricane. Landmark realty has gone above and beyond to look over both of my properties and the renters in them and take care of everything needing to be done. Couldn't have asked for a better property management team then them.

i am a renter and landmark realty has been so responsive and helpful to me since moving into the house i am renting. if i have an issue it is fixed and dealt with so fast. and even after the hurricane they were in contact with me throughout the whole thing and checked in on me all the time. love love love these people. thank you landmark realty :)))

If there were a way to give negative star review I would... We used Landmark for our property manager.... Lisa Blanchard was totally absent regarding our property.... Then Ian hit and did a tremendous amount of damage to the point that is was not rentable for the upcoming season.... We went to try to explain the problem and she would not hear it... The property was rented for the season.... She bullied us into paying her fee even though the property was uninhabitable... She charged us nearly $1800. for this fee.... Totally unreasonable in my opinion... Above and beyond the fact that we lost so much she had no empathy and just would not return our keys..... She is condescending, unavailable, and has no conscience.. .. She is also giving the renters a difficult time refunding their deposit and first months rent... I would not walk away,.... I would run as fast as I can to get away from this awful person... Certainly do not do any business with her..... you will regret it if you do...

If I could provide 0 stars, that would be my rating. Stay away, there are better people to work with in town. Lisa Blanchard is the broker and she is unavailable, and if you do reach her, she is extremely rude and unpleasant tom, and I am being polite. Unneeded drama, and unprofessional behavior, as a tenant I am appalled, and while I could go on, I won’t, she isn’t worth the aggravation and she has exhausted my patience. I have given her the opportunity to make my situation right, and she has ignored me. An example of her problem solving skills. It’s unfortunate negative reviews are often the only recourse to a problem, but in this case I cannot in good conscious let her abuse others. Stay away, you will be happier somewhere else.

Her honesty and deep personal knowledge of the area kept us on the right track during the process, and her long standing connections with contractors, inspectors, and the entire community made sure that any needs were met quickly.
