Thanks to Kathy for connecting me with Michael to secure a homeowners policy after a lapse. I had been informed that I should sell my house or accept forced placed insurance from a previous agent at another agency. Michael took care of our urgent insurance needs in a not so easy to navigate situation. Thank you both very much. Insurance can be very confusing, but Michael was very calm and professional and helpful. It’s one less thing in life that I need to worry about going forward. My home and family are now secure.

There's nothing like your wife getting T-boned at an intersection by someone running a red light to get your attention. State Farm and other big insurance companies would like you to think that everything claim related can be handled on their Web site. Don't believe it. I don't have the space or the time to go step by step through the claims process, the repair process that turned into a totaling unbeknownst to my wife and me, as well as the impenetrable instructions to get the money for the dead car wired into a bank account. We were saved much grief throughout this process by the Nash Agency Account Representative Michelle Miller-Weissenburger. A former police officer who has dealt with accidents at traffic accident scenes and has the stamina and knowledge to spend hours on the phone with claims people standing between us and our money, she walked me off the ledge on several occasions with explanations about the process and timely rattling of cages in the SF claims department. From the day after the crash to getting us temporary insurance cards for our replacement vehicle, she performed customer service at the highest level.

We have moved several times in the last couple of years and thus I have moved my State Farm insurance several times over that period. Having worked with several agents in several states, I have experienced good and bad. I can say that Mike at the Kathy Nash agency is TOP NOTCH. He has been the most helpful, responsive and professional agent I have ever worked with. Thank you for great expertise, customer service and a wonderfully friendly attitude.

Myself and other family members have been clients of Kathy Nash for at least thirty years. I have always had good communication with her. She goes above and beyond to answer my calls and text. After Ian she helped me recover my business loss that honestly, I didn't even know my policy covered. Today, I called to emergency and added another vehicle, and Mike was outstanding helping me! He took care of me and start to finish it took 15 minutes. Look, insurance is a bear for all of us, but it really helps to work with Kathy's team as they are very knowledgeable and kind.
