I recently visited Punta Gorda to see family and decided to check out some local cigar stores. I initially stopped by Fedoras Wine and Cigar Bar, but they didn’t have the cigars I was looking for. So, at 6:54 PM, I called Harbor Smokes, which is directly across the street. When I asked if they had the specific cigars I wanted, the lady who answered the phone sounded annoyed and unwelcoming, responding with a curt “Yeah, I’m sure we have it.”
I then asked, “Well, you close at 7 PM? I’m right across the street, less than 5 minutes away but it seems like you’re closing, so never mind?”
She replied with a disinterested “Yeah…”
I thanked her and hung up. Despite this, I decided to quickly cross the street and try my luck in person. Just three minutes later, I parked in front of Harbor Smokes and saw a customer leaving, so I thought the store might still be open. I hurried to the door, but as I approached, I saw it was the same lady I had spoken to on the phone, locking up the store.
She didn’t greet me or inform me that they were closed. Instead, she ignored me, locked the door, and walked past me towards her car. I was shocked and disappointed by her lack of customer service. I had planned to spend around $900 on a box of Padrón Damasos, a box of La Aroma De Cubas, and a box of Ashton VSG as gifts.
Frustrated, I went back to Fedoras despite their higher prices and happily spent my money there. Why? Because of their excellent customer service. They greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome, even saying, “You’re back! Welcome.”
I’m not angry, just disappointed. This is not how you conduct business or make sales.

They always have whatever I'm looking for. A really nice cigar selections in a controlled room for temperature and moisture of there cigars. Good choice of vape items too.

I just purchased two Orjoy vapors. This is the third time they stopped working within an hour to a day later. They have a policy they can't take it back. I have been a customer of theirs for a awhile now. I was told I was the only one who has problems. I will not go back there again. They are very expensive -$26.99 each.

one of the few places that actually seem tobacco. there are a lot of places listed as smoke shops but don't carry loose tobacco or tubes. so if you're looking for actual tobacco and not vaping or glass this is the place. the employees are also very nice
