Woke up to a nail in my cars tire and phoned up Goodyear in Punta Gorda for a fix. They said just come on in. I did and it turned out my car didn't have a puncture after all! The tire was checked and given an a ok. I spoke with Steven Smith and he was super helpful. I will definitely go to Goodyear again!

Went in for a nail repair. They didn’t even want to mess with it. I was 1 inch from a sidewall only had 6000 miles on the vehicle. I just wanted to sell me a new tire went down the street got it patched easily.

They only had one service guy and could not even fix a tire only had one car in the bays all others were empty probably won't go back

Went to this location to get suspension work done I was told the only maintenance technicians available no one there that is qualified to perform work service writer would not even write a quote so if you’re getting anything other than oil changes would not recommend this location to

Went here and asked if they could check a tire with a slow leak. There were no other customers. I was told, "Not unless you can leave it until tomorrow." I honestly was so confused, I looked to make sure I was at a tire merchant. I had no response. Weirdest customer service ever.
