The slow price-creep in FL is evident here--stuff may well be double the price of pre-pandemic deals. My last visit, i watched a dude exchange footwear and saunter out the door... Prices will reflect theft every time.

Hands down one of the best goodwills in the state for housewares and books and easily number 1 in swfl along with the Estero store, and not even close. Extremely reasonable pricing, great staff, amazing store manager who actually understands how the operations of a thrift store works. I do resale as a hobby, but this store is so good, I keep more stuff than I resale, and a decent amount of my decor and library comes from here. I even found rare pieces for my China set here last time I shopped! I go 45 minutes out of my way to stop by this goodwill whenever I’m in the area, it’s that good.

Friendly clerk. Furniture section was pretty much non existent, and for what they had it was overpriced for the condition it was in. Good selection of clothes and PLENTY of appliances. Lots of books for all ages.

Staff are all nice and polite, but, w-o-w, could not believe my eyes when I saw how expensive most items were !!!!!!! You can easily find brand new tops or shoes way much cheaper at any Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls stores. Pleeeeease, do not forget these are all DONATED items. No wonder I saw very few people at the store last Saturday...

Organized and clean store. Unfortunately, in my opinion, most items were overpriced, specially shoes, clothes, electrodomestics, and furniture. In other words, everything !

PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH FOR SECOND HAND MERCHANDISE!Thank goodness my husband was with me.We purchased outside furniture. 4 chairs and a table. They were asking much more than what we paid. My husband kinda flirted with the lady and she took $70.00 off the original price (they were very rusty, and the ceramic tile on the table was cracked so I had to fix that.) so we ended up paying $99.00 (plus tax) for the set.I still think we overpaid for the set. We had to sand all of the rust off of it and then paint it. And it didn’t have any pillows.$200.00 for the pillows (Purchased elsewhere)$ 50.00 for the paint (Purchased at Home Depot)$106.00 table & chairs$356.00 not to mention 4 days of my time.Next time I will just buy a new set.

Considered donating to a different Goodwill. This is the second time I've been sent away because they are not accepting the donations I have, meanwhile I drive up to Port Charlotte and they take everything no problem. The donation team in PG is rude, telling me "that item is going to be a hard thing to sell in our store." Feels like they are only interested in a profit and not in the Goodwill mission.

My experience was ok. I got 3 tops ? that were pretty cute and reasonably priced. ? My hubby got some camping ⛺ stuff. We actually were looking for Bikes. ? They had this old one for $79.00 "Are you kidding me"? Someone was smoking ? something when they put that price tag on. Then there was this old lady who pushed her cart right into my butt. Apparently I was in her way. So dang rude. Nobody says excuse me anymore. Somewhere along the way humanity has forgotten to use their manners. The woman that cashed me out was the sweetest lady ever and she made me forget about the nasty lady. Apparently the nasty lady did it to my husband too, just not the cart thing but she held the whole isle hostage so no one else could shop and she would shop over his shoulder. "JUST BEWARE OF THE NASTY OLD LADY" . ?

Had items price different that what it rang up and cashier was so rude when I told him and he said “it rang up the right price the tag is wrong do you want it or not” he yelled that at me and husband and daughter. Then the another lady came up and she was the one who priced them and said oh I must of priced them wrong. She proceeded to tell me to take it or leave it and walked off. I have been to a lot of Goodwills and I believe this is the rudest people I have ever seen. Will not be visiting this one. I’m beginning to wonder if I should shop at any of these corporate places. Nothing will happen but I sure feel good venting what happen to us.

Small sq footage store, but packed with goods. Somewhat difficult entrance to this one & limited parking.
