We was looking at a used vehicle on line and called in and they said it was available and would be able to get it at the price we was willing to pay. After a 6 hour run around between the three gettel dealerships they said the vehicle had a brake issue and going to auction and we could not purchase it. Bad dealership I will not ever do business with gettel.

Why do dealerships lie about giving a second key? Just say you wont give it to me so i can take my business elsewhere. Now have to spend $250 out of pocket for something i was promised. Make sure you get the 2nd key on your WE OWE / YOU OWE in financing or put $250 aside!

Worse experience ever! We were interested in buying a hybrid RAV4 and was told that if we did, the interest rate would be higher for that particular vehicle that was a lie apparently then we were giving one key and they said we would get another one in the mail within a couple weeks so we waited four weeks came into the parts section and they said that it would be 6 to 8 months and we would get a letter and then we have to bring the letter in so that was line number two they were rude and all stay away they will scam you on all levels

I had a fantastic experience with my salesman Kenneth Jackson. From the start he was responsive, enthusiastic and helpful. He knew the vehicles inside and out and could answer any question I had. Before I even came to the dealership he had taken the time to send me a long and comprehensive video of the Tacoma I was inquiring about. He really care about making us happy and I will use him again for my next purchase. He even ensured the vehicle was gassed up and properly cleaned the vehicle for us. He personally delivered our tag and registration to us as well which really helped us out a lot. Thanks again Kenneth!

Michael was very kind and helpful to me on an otherwise exasperating day. I hit a large chunk of cement while driving on ElJobean, went airborne into next lane. 2 flats and damaged rim. Fortunately no one was hurt. Repairs to be done Monday.
