Russ our service advisor was very professional and courteous to work with. He did a great job explaining our repairs and keeping us informed on the timeframe of completion. Gettel did another fantastic job with our Auto Butler service on our jeep!

Service was great! As I am a repeat customer to the Jeep service center for roughly six consecutive routine oil changes, tire rotations, and full service inspections - I am hoping my assessment Carrie’s some weight with those seeking a new service center to try or call theirs.The only issue I would call attention to is a recent corporate-level decision to no longer accept payment by credit card - without passing a blanket credit card processing fee on to the customer. They charge one rate to those that use a debit card, and add a 3% fee to those that use a credit card. As financial institutions protect credit charges but not debits, this exposes the individual customer to identity theft. I do not like that Gettel has put their issues with credit card companies as more important than helping their customers against identity theft.Next time, I will show up with the old fashioned check book to avoid the 3% service charge and avoid the identity theft risk.

My recent service experiences with Gettel Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram in Punta Gorda, Florida was less than satisfactory. The Assistant Service Manager - Russel Frye, gave me the "run around" with the service on 11/11/2023 for my Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. At my service date on 11/08/2023 he said that my service appointment on 11/11/23 would only take about 1 1/2 hours since I already had half of the service performed on my Jeep. When I took my vehicle in on 11/11/23 (8:30 AM) Russel than informed me that my Jeep wouldn't be ready until 1:00 PM, padding the time a little to give the technician extra time. Russel said that the service being done on my Jeep takes longer than the service for other customers so they are trying to get as many "quick" services in and out the door first. Russel also then said that they were down 2 techicians and that it would take longer to fix my vehicle. My time is just as valuable as any other customer. Other customers came and went while I waited. Russel clearly did not care about my customer satisfaction. I was not prepared to have to sit and wait for this long as it already takes me 1 hour to get to the dealership allowing for traffic.At 1:00 PM my vehicle still was not ready. Russell told me the same excuse for 1 1/2 hours longer that the technician was working on the alignment. I did not get out of the dealership until after 2:30 PM on 11/11/23. I an extremely disappointed in Gettel Jeep and will NEVER take my vehicle back to this dealership ever again, nor will I ever purchase a new Jeep from Gettel.

Friendly people that work at dealership but uneducated on Ram truck capacities. Came in looking to buy my previous leased truck or enter into a new lease. Told salesman I need a crew cab capable of towing our camper, preferably a 10k lb towing rating or more. It also needed to be a ligter color, like white or gray. Was told during process the new lease met my specs and was capable of towing our camper. After all was done and I drove my new lease home, I decided to look up specs on Rams website, the truck is not rated to tow what I requested. Contacted salesman and was provided max towing of a Ram 1500, but not my model. Reached out to owner/GM via email, not a word back.Overall, there are nice people who work here but they clearly care more about making a sale than meeting customer demands and providing support.I do not recommend this dealership to anyone and wish there was a way to get out of my lease. Also have email proof of communication post lease sales from salesman and the GM who ignored me.

Go talk to Michael Horn he will help you out and NOT be one of those pushy sales people. He treats you like family and does his best to get you the best deal. Bought 2 cars from him in the past month and I can honestly say I’m super impressed with him and his dedication to customer satisfaction!! BEST PERSON IVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM AND IVE BOUGHT WAY TO MANY!

Tracy was absolutely amazing , I have been going to a different dealer for all service on my gladiator but I will be changing to Gettel . The communication is key and she definitely has that down !

Gettel RAM came up with a deal I couldn’t refuse Sales Associate Michael M. and the sales manager knew what I wanted and worked hard to get it for me and Jimmy G Business Manager worked out the finalized finances and saved me money from choosing an extended plan and paint protection now then waiting to do later on my new Ram Big Horn 1500 I would definitely recommend this company ?

Terrible experience with their sales team. Tried to pull a switch and bait on us by offering a lower rate on used vehicle IF you trade-in a car with less than 100K miles and finance with them. So, they lower the price of the vehicle online to get you into the store room and then they offer you a ridiculous amount for your trade-in and try to bully you into taking it. Absolutely unprofessional. Don't buy a car from these people. read the other reviews. It's not just us that they treated horrendously.

Went in with attitude of if I get a great deal I will buy. Test drove a used car that caught my attention. I used to work in a dealership. Told them give me your best offer right away otherwise I walk. In ten minutes we came to an agreement. Then told them get me through financing in 30 minutes or less and we have a deal, otherwise I walk. I have a new car. Come in with your ducks in a row and it can be quick and painless.

We brought our Jeep in for air conditioning repairs recently and when we got the vehicle home we noticed the air conditioning was shutting off on its own and the air flow control switch was not working in all modes. We noticed the air sensor was hanging from its operating position and not reinstalled. We took it upon ourselves to reinstall it and everything is working properly now. The staff at Gettel are pleasant to work with but someone is overlooking the quality details at times.

I can not praise the staff enough! They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I got the exact car I wanted ? the staff is polite very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Honestly Christopher Bainbridge is just awesome and made the process very easy for us!

Worst car purchase and repair service of my life. Purchased a Jeep Wrangler on June 5. After getting the vehicle home less then an half hour later, the check engine light was on, the driver door when opened continued to ding and fobs worked intermittently. The following morning June 6, I took the Jeep back to Gettel and they informed me it was my problem. It was up to me to fix the problem. I asked if they would just give me a cash refund but that wasn't an option. They did turn off the check engine light which is now on again. They told me repairs would cost $1127.26. It was a part in the steering column that made the car think the key was still in the ignition over half of the time. They gave me a rental car on June 6 and on June 9 wanted it back unless I paid the daily charge. The repairs were promised by June 12 but no part was received. It was then promised on June 14 but no part. It was then promised on June 19 and the part did come UPS at noon. I was then told the mechanic was busy and did not have time for the 3 hour repair so I would get it the following day. The service manager did intervene and the car was repaired that day. If I buy a car from an individual I expect these type of problems and that is why I take the car to a mechanic to inspect. I believed Gettel inspected their vehicles to find these issues. I believed that Gettel should have also stood behind a vehicle that they had just sold to me minutes earlier. I will never use Gettel again. There are other dealerships that understand the word "service."
